Probably the worst and most embarrassing nail place I have been to. Waste of my time . Inadequate, incompetent staff and business owner who sent me away with my tips half glued on. I asked for my nail shape to be more narrow- unfortunately she did not know what that meant so she got flustered and frustrated and asked me to go to another nail salon. Horrible customer service, not sure how this place has any good reviews.

AMAZING salon! I was nervous about getting my first mani/pedi since the pandemic hit, but I was so comfortable here. They put up screens between you and the employees, space you apart from other customers, and all the employees wear gloves and masks. In addition, they keep the doors open, and they have limited outdoor seating. They did a wonderful job on my nails. It was $45 for a regular mani/pedi. If you pay in cash, you get a 10% discount! Cute spot and great service. I will be coming back here on a regular basis.

I always stick to what I know, Gel manicures. This place has an amazing selection of gel polish! All of the nail technicians are very good and will address any concerns or preferences you may have. The prices are good and the environment is peaceful and clean.

Bright space and friendly staff! One of the few places in town offering dip powder gel that I have found. Technicians were thorough and my nails are perfect! Plus you get candy and cookies when you sit down. Highly recommend!!

I really really really enjoyed my visit to Zen. I have been to many nails salon in San Francisco and my standards are pretty high, but I have to say this is one of the best places in the area. The place is a well organized, beautifully decorated and clean salon. Staff members are friendly and professional. They do care about their customers experience, sanitation procedures are strictly followed. Their price is very reasonable though they use high quality products. Highly recommended !!!

This is my first time getting my nails done here. Every one was very nice and professional. The interior was clean and well organized. I got Zen Pedicure for $40 and honestly i have never had a great Pedicure like this before. I was really impressed with their works. The lady did my nails was friendly and skillful. I felt so lucky that i found this place and i am definitely gonna add this salon to my favorite salon. Highly recommended!!!

My favorite and only place to have Gel Manicure and Pedicure in town. They have plenty of Gel colors so customers can have many different choices. This salon also has many skillful staffs who are all friendly and take their time on customers. The price is reasonable for such a high quality products they use on customers. I also find this place has a very clean environment and relaxing atmosphere. Im usually very pleased when i leave. I highly recommend it

Long wait, rude service, overpriced for mediocre mani pedi. I made an appointment for 1:45. I arrived at 1:30. I put 2 hours in the meter. After 2 hours I put another hour in the meter. Waited 1 more hour. Left with no color because it was taking forever. Do not go to this salon. Zen Beauty used to be good but change of ownership has decreased quality and service and only increased the price. What a waste of a Saturday!! Never again. Try another salon if you respect value, a smile and a good mani pedi.

I came in here today to get my nails done. All the staff was very friendly and the lady who did my gel manicure did an excellent job. I will definitely be back.

Very disappointed. The massage literally lasted 90 seconds and she did the bare minimum on the pedicure. Didn’t live up to the reputation. Won’t be coming back. Not recommended!

So thankful that the people at Zen Beauty Spa have magical hands that know exactly how to fix my terrible nails. They always welcome me even when I just walk in without any reservation. The entire staff is very energetic, kind, and skilful in what they do. You feel very relaxed when you let them do their job on your nails. I especially love mani/pedis. There are lots of choices for gel colors. I could choose any color I want and not worry about the spa not having it. Their tools are very clean and the prices are easily agreeable. If you live in San Francisco, you should check them out. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed

One of the best nail place in San Francisco!

Out of town and got sns dip here and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Soaked my hands in acetone for 30 minutes and then water, disfiguring the shape of my actual nails. The shape came out horrible and they had the audacity of charging me $65. Never coming back, dont go here.

Waxing done very well. One of the few places in San Francisco with acceptable waxing prices. Fast, quick, clean and accurate. Hands and feet done just as well. Water, biscuit and welcome sweets served on a small tray for all customers.
