Came in to drop off return with a DHL label. I didnt catch her name but she was very helpful (taught me a lot about DHL and shipping overseas), so friendly, patient, AND she made me some disinfectant for when I got a paper cut on the box. To be honest, I never thought Id be compelled to write a review for a postal services business but here we are. In that short couple of minutes I felt really welcomed and taken care of!And there was a cute friendly cat!!

Best service and store experience in the entire neighborhood! Lou is efficient, timely, friendly and humorous. Mom and pop store neighborly service. I often send Lou documents to print via email, and do most of my post-office needs through the store. Exponentially shorter line wait period than the post office, and barely, if at all, more expensive than the nearest post office which has a two star rating. Store has survived local intense gentrification rent-skyrockets, and competition from nearby UPS, FEDEX, and USPS slightly further away.

Lou is super lovely! Came here to notarize documents and the guard cat Shadow even looked them over to make sure we were filling them out right.
