Went to make an Amazon return. Zero wait time.Very clean. Staff was helpful, polite, and very efficient with a bit of personality. All around best and easiest product return yet. Will come back as needed.

Always consistently reliable, efficient, excellent service to me for the past seven or so years. Great relief to be able to have this place handling the whole mail receiving and forwarding logistics of my life. And it feels like a small-town mom-and-pop business but its in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Highly recommended.
I needed help with obtaining a receipt I lost 3 months ago in order to receive a refund from a merchant. April was the UPS employee helping me over the phone after I provided my card and basic contact info April was able to provide me with my shipping receipt. April emailed it to me as well, keep in mind this was all done under 10 minutes! Thank you for your help April.
I went to return items for Amazon, had two labels but the manager told me that only one label needed to be scanned. After leaving the store I received an email indicating I had been issued a refund for only one item. I called UPS to inquire about this, first I spoke to a man that informed me that I would have to work out whatever issue I was having with the person I originally dealt his exact words thats between the two of you. I asked if the woman was there described her and he passed me off to the woman I thought I had dealt with. This woman spent three minutes telling me how she processes returns everyday and that she couldnt have made a mistake nasty and rude attitude. Turns out she was not the woman that had waited on me, although she initially claimed to have processed a return order, she neglected to listen to details of my complaint. She was more interested in telling me why she was right and I was wrong. The person that had provided the incorrect information was the manager, that never had the courtesy to get on the phone just relayed her responses through her team member. She ultimately refused to acknowledge that she should have scanned both slips (which an Amazon representative later confirmed should have been done) and rudely asked what I wanted her to do about the issue. The woman I was on the phone with said oh Amazon will probably sort it out. And also asked if I thought I should apologize to her because she was not the one who gave me the wrong information. Three employees that are unprofessional, lack the knowledge necessary to provide adequate and helpful service, and overall just plain nasty and rude.
I have been coming here since they were Mailbox Etc...back in the 1990s. I have my mailbox here, I get my documents notarized here, I ship my packages from here....I get my deliveries here ...they are my all in one place to get my business taken care of.Staff are friendly and very helpful. I can pick up my mail 7 days a week and when parking is tight they even bring my mail to my car in front so I dont have to stop.. Thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service over the years.
Their service has gone down hill. I didnt want to believe my coworker when she said she got attitude from a staff member the other day but now I believe her. Went in to return an amazon product with the scan and go option. The clerk took my first item but refused the second because it wasnt packaged. I ended up have to go to a different UPS down the street. They took it no problem. Not only did he waste my time but he gave me attitude on top of it. Ill be going to a different UPS from now on.

I walked in needing to ship my scooter for repairs and already had a shipping label, I needed to box my scooter up and the guy said it would cost 75 bucks (without doing any measurements) and was not friendly or helpful, and made comments about how I have an expensive scooter so I should be able to afford it when I started asking questions. It felt like he was just trying to rip me off, I dont need crazy packaging. I asked why I was going to be charged 75 bucks for some simple cardboard and he said since he doesnt have one the exact size of my scooter he would have to cut one to size. Im sorry but that is straight up bogus, I went to a UPS store down the street in the palace hotel and I got a box for 11 dollars, much more affordable with none of the hassle or attitude. The employee at this bush street location was incredibly rude when I asked about other UPS store prices and basically he started looking at his phone like I was of no concern to him and told me tough luck. I dont understand whats so hard about slapping some pieces of cardboard together to make a rectangle. Its not rocket science and shouldnt be that expensive, this place is outrageous!!! This guy also made me late because of this when it should have been incredibly simple and straight forward. Go to another ups store!! Beware!!
Woman behind the counter was rude. Wanted me to leave my package out on the curb in the middle of down town. When I said I didnt feel comfortable with that she said I can wait with it until the driver gets here to pick it up. There was plenty of room in the store for my package to sit safely for pick up but they said it was too big. I recommend using FedEx or USPS.
Ladies here are extremely nice. I just wish they would accept stamps.
I went there to mail a package via ground service. I requested C.O.D. but the lady said they dont do that which caught me by surprise because C.O.D is one of the UPS services they offer. Then I proceeded to ask if they were the UPS store just to make sure I was in the right place because even the sign says UPS store out front and she replied with a yes but once again she repeated we dont do C.O.D. So, I proceeded to request cheapest service which is usually UPS ground and I asked for one their UPS boxes and she charged me $8.00 for the box which Ive never known to pay for UPS boxes because they are free unless UPS changed all that. Anyway, I found this place very unprofessional and deceiving. Be careful with this store. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

No prepaid shipping. No shipping tubes available even.Ubered all the way in a pandemic to send some stuff home for my mom; seems like it was a waste.
Went there to get forms notarized, very kind, pleasant and quick service. She even knew the forms well and guided us thru the signatures and notarizing. Definitely recommend.
Meh.I drop off packages here and Id say package your items well, cause they are pretty rough package handlers. Ive seen boxes fall and they tossed my package on the counter.Its whatever cause my stuff is well packaged and I just need some convenience, but this isnt my first choice of UPS stores.

Wanted to charge me $165.00 to send a package I had already packed, sealed and addressed (8 CDs and a softcover book) to the UK. I explained it didnt need to go overnight express and they said Thats the ONLY OPTION. Im a music collector. I get CDs sent from the UK all the time for $7 INCLUDING SHIPPING. Dont let these crooks/predators swindle you. Take your shipping business elsewhere.

Despite having 2 very large notary signs in the window, the older gentleman (accompanied by two friends standing behind the counter snickering at a computer screen) could not be bothered to provide notary services. Instead of saying no he thought he would show off to his friends by suggesting I go to a fictitious store 3 doors down. As his poor work ethic and childish humor demonstrated, he clearly misses his high school days.
I gave them 4 because they are nice to me when I go in, but I missed my payment by one day because I had been at a funeral all week and I got charged a late fee. No heart, I won’t be renewing next time.
Super rude counter person, was upset that he was not making enough money on me as I had come in with a prepaid ups shipping label. He refused service when I asked one too many questions. Avoid at all costs, unless you want awkward conversations about the owners income and expenses!
The Notary Public brand itself the strictest notary but in reality is strict to the point of being completely useless.I have a simple official document that requires me to sign and notary to witness in the box below. After I signed my part of the document in front of the store notary public clerk she refused to witness the signature on the same document. Instead she took my money and signed her own page and paper clip it with my document, as if that means anything about what she actually witnessed.The store is a complete scam as a notary public and Im filing a complaint with San Francisco City Hall about their scamming behavior.

Staff sometimes can be incompetent, but otherwise a useful location for drop offs. Try not to schedule pickups here as I have had them turn away a delivery from UPS and it got returned to the sender.
The notary April that helped me at this location was efficient and pleasant. Maybe the notary serving the other reviewers was replaced?

Extremely unprofessional staff.I brought an amazon return, and showed a return label to a lady working there. Instead of scanning the label, she asked me to email it to her.And later charged me $3.75 for printing.When I asked her why she didn’t just scan it, she said that I didn’t ask her to and said something like “Learn a lesson for the next time”

The dude operating the counter had attitude. When asked for a letter size UPS envelope, he looked at me as if I were speaking Lithuanian. After he figured out oh, a UPS express letter [duh...], I put my stuff inside, and that was that. ON the way out the door, I asked ... could I have a couple more envelopes ... again that look of what?, and then he said, No. We need them here. You can order them from UPS.How rude. How fvkin, incredibly rude.

HORRIBLE !!!! bad customer service, I only gave it one star because i had to.The guy at the counter probably never had any sort of identity before he got a notary stamp ....and all HELL broke loose after that !!!
Completely incompetent; cancelled my order without initially telling me why, and couldnt work with another store to get it printed in time. Will not be trusting them with anything important again.
