Terrible service, do not recommend!Took my once-worn $2,400 custom suit in for dry cleaning before a wedding, upon pickup: the dress pants were missing, the suit jacket was ripped in their custody, and another customer’s item that did not resemble mine, a gold women’s shirt, was in my pickup bag instead of my dress pants. All this on top of missing the promised deadline for cleaning pickup.Because of their mistake, I showed up at a wedding with a ripped suit jacket without dress pants.Over the course of three weeks following, I made four in-person visits to remedy the various issues which resulted in: recovery of the pants, a partial refund for the cleaning, and a poor quality repair job on the suit jacket they had ripped.This was my second and last time using Mulberry’s Garment Care. If you’re reading this review, I urge you to take your clothes to any other cleaning or alteration service in the Cow Hollow/Marina area.

Went here for the first time to get my wedding suit and a few other items dry cleaned. They were friendly and helpful! I enjoyed that they were paperless and had an app that allowed me to track my order. I dropped off on Wednesday and they said the order would be ready by Saturday. I received a notification that my order was ready for pick up Thursday afternoon! They did a great job and it was a fair price. Will definitely be going back!

They are a very knowledgeable dry cleaning service. They do a good job at with the basic services. When you specify what needs extra attention they pay attention to the request. They also, have a department that cleans mixed materials like cashmere dresses with suede trim.

Excellent service and friendly folks. I am very particular about my clothes and have a variety of nice items that I take good care of. I have always felt they go above and beyond to ensure everything is done to the highest caliber. Clothes are also turned around quickly and the delivery’s service is very consistent. I can always count on getting my clothes back when they say I will. The app makes things really easy. Couldn’t be happier I found them.

Never had a lost or damaged item! Prices are a bit high for alterations and drycleaning, but has always been worth it because you dont have to be worried about your items. Delivery and pick-up service is always on-time and easy. Highly recommend!

I had 3 pairs of jean and a pair of chinos hemmed. I also had a shirt laundered. The work was done well. I requested that the garments returned folded in a paper bag. The shirt was folded nicely, wrapped in a plastic bag and placed in a paper bag but the pants were on hanger and covered with a large plastic garment bag. I am taking off one star. The world is overrun with plastic and other wastes. We all need to to do our part in reducing the use of disposable plastic products. Mulberry’s should do its part and explore others means of providing its services. No plastics please.

Perhaps my worst customer experience ever. I brought a leather coat to Mulberry’s to be cleaned. They promised it would be done by the date listed on receipt, but it took a full week longer and the coat was ruined/unwearable. The management was unresponsive kept asking for additional documentation, after I had spent several hours dealing with their delay and their ruining my expensive cost. It was for a special occasion during a trip, and I was stuck with nothing to wear. Such a horrible experience. Patronize Mulberry’s at your own risk. UPDATE: I still havent received any communication from Mulberrys, despite their comment below.

Very high quality dry cleaning. I am really picky and they are the only ones who have never ruined any of my clothes. Plus, free pickup and drop off and customer service is great.

Mulberries bought out Laundry locker which i had used for years. It was a little glitchy during the transition but now I really finf thier free pock up drop off service easy and smooth sailing with good customer service.

Great Services. Worth the costs

Mulberrys did a great job of cleaning one of my dresses, but the other is a complete debacle. I brought it in with stains that I knew might not be removable, but they said theyd try. When I came back to pick up the dress, the black stains were less visible but it looked as if bleach had been poured on each spot. They gave me a printout on invisible stains and explained that these marks were on the fabric already and simply became visible after heat was applied. I actually laughed. I understand the concept, but whatever made these marks was clearly applied to each and every grease stain. Im glad this was not my favorite dress. My biggest concern is the absolute lack of customer service: I still have not gotten a call back from anyone who will discuss this with me, and Mulberrys in their emails has taken zero responsibility for the situation. Leaving me to wonder if I had amnesia about pouring something on the stains at home... haha.

Green Streets Cleaners did an amazing job with my wedding dress! I found them via a Google Search for cleaners in San Francisco who could steam my dress prior to our destination wedding in the city. We were on a limited time frame, and I only had about 2 days to get the dress steamed before I needed it back, and I was concerned about finding somewhere that could handle it. As it turns out, Green Streets was such a find! Sean, our contact at the company, was SO HELPFUL. He was very communicative via email, helped me understand the process and timeline, found which location was closest to our hotel, and worked out when I could drop off my dress and get it back. All told, it took less than 48 hours (more like 24!) to get my dress steamed. All of the wrinkles from packing/traveling were gone. It was flawless. The cost? About $230, which was well worth it, given the limited time frame we had - I dropped it off on Tuesday, and I had it back Thursday morning (it was ready Wednesday evening), which was the day of our rehearsal dinner. I highly recommend Green Streets Cleaners for your wedding dress care! For those interested, my dress was a Pronovias dress: crepe column/mermaid style, with a bateau neckline, illusion netting and lace back, with lace going down the entire back of the dress, and a long train. Ive included a candid photo, so you can see just how long it was - every inch of it looked great!

Great experience with these cleaners. Toni was super helpful and our clothes are in great shape! We also once lost an item and their investigation was so thorough that we got to the bottom of it and it turned out we had never dropped it off. Great cleaners!

I, unfortunately, cannot recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. For the first two months that I used Mulberrys, their service was marginal. I would arrange for pick-up and drop off. The pick-up always went smoothly, but there was never any follow-through on the drop-off. Each time I would receive an email informing me that my dry cleaning was ready, I had to call to ensure that it would be delivered. On several occasions, the man on the phone did not know how to arrange a drop-off, and in these cases, had to pick up the cleaning in person. At least my clothes came back clean.Aside from the problems with the drop-off/pick-up service, the last time I utilized the service (before deciding to end my relationship with the cleaners), many of my items came back dirtier than I sent them. A polo destroyed with stains, a pair of $500 jeans laundered and shrunk beyond where I could wear them, a white shirt with stains untreated and yellowing, a pair of white jeans yellowed and stained, and a pair of pleated pants not pleated. I have to second what many people have written before me and say that the Mulberrys just doesnt care. There is not attention to detail, and for the amount of money they charge, ones clothes should be returned in perfect condition each and every time.I reached out to customer service on the first occasion about the pick-up and delivery service to which they disbursed a $20 credit. When I reached out about the damaged clothing, they simply didnt reply. If you have clothes that you love and in which you take pride, DO NOT take them to Mulberrys.

Remarkably efficient setup and great customer service. I dropped my shirts off at the Filbert Store and they were delivered to my home 3 days later in perfect condition. No more cracked buttons from the mom & pop dry cleaners. Superior service, environmentally friendly, comparable pricing. Cant beat it.

Case remains unresolved - do not bring your business here.We were excited to use this service; however, after having our entire order lost, we’ve spent the last month attempting to receive an update. The staff has been incredibly unresponsive and blamed coworkers rather than attempting to alleviate the situation. Our case remains unresolved.

I brought my wedding dress here and was super impressed with the service and results! The bridal team is always responsive over phone and email, and every person was knowledgeable about my dress and the cleaning process it was going to go through. After such an important event, its always nerve wracking to hand over something so valuable to someone elses care, and I would only trust Greenstreets with my dress! The museum quality archival preservation and green cleaning was really important to me, and the level of service was an added plus!

I am so very disappointed to no longer be able to recommend Mulberrys, after having given them thousands of dollars of business over the years. They very badly damaged an expensive jacket of mine, that I brought to their after their 10 day notice period. As a result, they are claiming no responsibility for the item and refusing to compensate me or correct the issue.

Mulberrys does fantastic work, great job on cleaning and alterations. Quick and convenient and they email me to pick up...seemless!
