Excellent service always .They wash and dry and fold plus deliver and pick up too .

Wow has SFwash changed our lives for the better!! We came across SFwash at the beginning of Shelter in Place, and have had such consistently good experiences over the past 7 months that we are never going back to a laundromat! *this is a statement from me because I have always strongly opposed paying for a wash n fold service. Great prices, always on time, and always so polite. I will continue to recommend SFwash!!

Im so grateful for their pick up and delivery service. All the Laundromats in my neighbor have closed and makes it hard to do my laundry without a washer or dryer in our building. Ive had nothing but excellent service from them. They picked up weekly for me...big game changer for me! Thank you!

Good prices, staff was pretty awesome and friendly and very helpful, prices for washing go from 2 to 3 to 4 to 5, drying prices are a quarter for 6 minutes

Sadly, I wish 0 stars was an option. Used this co. for 3 years, had a few problems with items going missing and whites being returned with stains they werent sent in with, but my last encounter was beyond the pale. Brand new white towels came back tinged brown, facial gowns and head wraps stained, and my sheets had boot prints on them. (Its for my business, so these items never touch the ground, let alone get walked on.) Worse yet, when all the stained items were returned to be cleaned again, they returned half still with stains, and did not return 4 items I will now have to replace. I reached out to have the replacement cost reimbursed and they have completely ghosted me. No response to 4 emails. I would not trust your items with them. Picture for reference- white sheet (sent in stain free) sent back to me in this condition after being washed for the second time. Lesson learned.

The washer ruined my clothes. I tried bringing it up and was told that it is my fault when clearing the machine wasnt working properly and should pf had a not working label on it like 50 percent of their machines. :(

Completely turned me around.After a delivery issue - Art turned up to try and sort it out and make things right.Apart from the missing delivery - In the little over a month that I have been using the service - Ive not had any other problems.

Drying cleaning is very good because the workers have experienced how to make the uniforms and dress neatly before the occasional begins. They are the most precious cleaning and fold neatly before the conferences in any where. The dry cleaners must do their job before the customers come in.

Used for my business for quite some time, service got sloppier over time. A bundle of laundry never returned and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I feel as though the issue is still not resolved. Several hundred dollars of uniforms were never returned.

The washers worked well but required one preset amount of quarters? 20 quarters for medium sized washer. The dryer didnt quite dry the large blanket we brought to wash there in the first place but thats kind of expected. A really nice thing was that the attendant gave me some free bleach as I forgot mine.

I had the experience of someone yelling SF WASH and while banging on my bedroom.A SF Wash representative came to my house to pick up my roommates clothes. My other roommate answered the door and he asked for Andrew. My roommate responded, sure let me grab him hell be right here.The SF Wash Representative forced his way into the house and began pounding on my bedroom door while I was sleeping yelling SF WASH! SF WASH!!.This all transpired in approx 5-8 seconds.I just received a call from someone claiming to be Art Bender who says hes the owner of the company and the guy who picks up the laundry.He called me back in a patronizing tone asking WHAT DID I DO WRONG?!?!?!?!? WHAT DID I DO WRONG!?!?!?The guy seems like hes on Meth.

If I could give the wash & fold no stars I would, terrible service, they skimp on the washing powder so much that when your clothes are done they dont even smell washed let alone get the get simple stains out. Stay far away from this place, because once its in the dryer its forever, youve been warned!

Buyer Beware!I have had two very poor experiences with SF Wash and was a loyal customer.Recently I had a brand new Iasia Suit ($3200) jacket dry cleaned and they destroyed the jacket putting it in with normal tumble dry. It was completely destroyed and when I comforted them about it, they refused to take responsibility.I should have learned my lesson from when I had my Tom Ford suit dry cleaned there they lost my pants!!! This is a $4500 suit. They later found it a few days later.

Called to confirm they did drop off but no one was there during they hours they said theyd be, and are posted on the wall. Called about it but the people on the phone are outsourced and couldnt help, they were nice though. I ended up leaving as no one came in nor could anyone tell me when they might be.

More than half of the wash machines and dryers are out of order.

The business hour is said to be from 10 AM till 11:30 PM. I got there at 9:45 PM and it was already dead closed :)

Its a bad place, I had a bad experience in that laundry, I recommend you check their clothes before and after the bar, they steal their clothes, I dont know if you enplete them or the owner.
