Amazing experience getting my nails done for my wedding!!! From the high quality products to the incredible technique and great service all around - they truly exceeded my expectations. This was my first time coming here and I will definitely be back!!

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure here. I choose this place because my friend recommended it. I would recommend this place myself. The service was great, I was able to call same day and make an appointment. Right away I was able to choose my color and they got me in the chair. I had a person working on my manicure at the same time as my pedicure. The ladies were so sweet! One week later and my nails have not chipped. Great experience!!

Wont say names as far the horrible treatment I was given by 2 previous nail salons🙄😪 in the area before I came across Mani Pedi Salon💫. I was greeted with kindness and the 2 ladies were nice enough to make sure I was asking for the right service since I have no experience getting my nails done.TOMMY did my nails 💅 and he was very patient and kind🤗 definitely worth it!They are all definitely dedicated and attentive to each guest, much love ✨

This is hands down the best nails salon I have ever been to! I used to live nearby and moved away and I now drive 30 mins to come here because every time I go I leave so happy! The staff is always very friendly, the have the largest and best color selection, it’s very clean and they always pay attention to detail and make my nails look perfect!! Love this place so much! I came here with 3 friends after making a reservation the day before. We were happy they could accommodate a group of our size at such short notice, and we were all able to get our nails done at the same time. I was so impressed with how careful they are being with COVID protocols. It was overall a lovely experience and we were all very happy!

This was my first time here and I loved it! The ladies are so sweet and helpful. I love that they have online scheduling. The salon was very clean and quiet. I already made an appointment for 2 weeks.

I love the staff and their work is fantastic. I cant complain. Theres a male staff there that does a wonderful job doing nails that are long and fierce. I love the way I feel when I leave after getting my nails done by him. Ill soon do a pedicure when Im more comfortable showing off my scary feet.

Very thorough and good quality pedicure. She got me flip flops before I left and they weren’t even the flimsy disposable ones. She also made sure I had a bag for my shoes.

I went to Deluxe Mani Pedi (70usd) My husband got a Deluxe Pedi (48usd). Prices from June 2021. Excellent service! The girls are fast, thorough, gentle. They know what they are doing. The place is very clean, organized, spacious and clear. The manager (I guess) was very kind and helpful.I came in because of the recommendations I read. So I believed it would be nice to keep the wheel spinning. If you’re in SF, give it a try. Totally worth it.

First visit since since they have reopened 2 weeks ago. I have to say, I’m impressed!So many precautions are taken to make you feel comfortable in times of covid: hand sanitizer, temperature check, the nail polishes are protected so that only the staff is handling them, the staff wears hospital blouses and masks, and protective glasses have been adding on the front and side of the seats.Everyone is lovely (that was true before covid) and I actually appreciate the space even more as it’s less crowded than it used to be!Downside: it’s definitely pricier than before as they have to make up for the time lost and the extra investment...54 dollars for a regular mani/pedi is a lot! :-/

Sammi has done my nails using gel polish. She took time to understand my requirement and done it beautifully. I have painted my nails with wine red color. I absolutely love them. Thanks to Sammi. Highly recommended this place.

Mediocre welcome (possibly disappointed we only wanted a pedicure for my daughter) $33 and no corn removal or treatment. The calf and foot massage were longer than the pedicure. Do not recommend, I wont be returning

Nice selection of natural nail manicures and pedicures - traditional polish, gel polish, etc. in the heart of the Polk @ California shopping, and walking area. NO nail art, acrylic, extension, powder dipping, Presto, silk, or crystal stone. While Im a natural gal, sometimes I need a silk wrap to repair a nail, or want powder dipping to last me for weeks. Removal of old / another salon gel is $10 + $35 for gel application. My gal (forgot her name, but her hubbys name is Tony) was so precise, and her glam icure has lasted me 3 weeks - see photo. Hands down, the best gel manicure Ive ever had! $$ - $$$ Expensive. Sammy, the owner comes in late in the day.

This place had the rudest people, they wanted me to wait 45 min after my scheduled appointment. They’re customers service was horrible and for the price you would have thought they would do better, but no. I will never come back and I would advise you all do the same. I made an appointment for tomorrow at another location. Let’s hope they are more professional! You

Asked for the thing on the right, got the thing on the left. ASKED before I sat down if they could do this, or if I should choose something else. They said yes. The nail people seemed not very professional, and too quick/sloppy. I had bubbles & fuzz painted into layers, sparkles that migrated nails in the top coat, and uneven cutting and filing on my edges once I stopped long enough to check.

Clean and efficient. Family work vibes. Ladies are really nice and attentive.

Amazing experience! Vanna, Nancy did my manicure and pedicure. They were meticulous and did a perfect job. Probably the best manicure/pedicure I’ve had. Sam ( I think the manager) was so sweet and helped me find the perfect nude—spent about 15 min searching for just the right color. I will be back.

We moved here recently from out of state and I’ve been looking for a nail place the last few months. Mani-Pedi Spa is my new spot. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon and they took me back within 5 minutes. Bambi is a gem - kind, funny and talented. She gave an amazing foot massage after my gel pedicure (only $45 - so affordable for San Francisco!) and helped me choose a great New Year color. Lastly, Mani-Pedi Spa has a rewards program, which is perfect for returning guests. 5/5 recommend you go. They’re open 7 days a week, but I’ve noticed Saturday/Sunday are busiest (no surprise!) - so call ahead!

What a clean, efficient, welcoming little spa! I had three different staff members work on my pedicure and gel manicure, they were all meticulous in making sure my nails looked perfect. It was honestly the best nail place I’ve been to in San Francisco so far, and I’ve tried out a ton of places.Couldn’t recommend a better place!

Michelle helped me save my poorly done acrylics! She took them off and took her time to make sure she didn’t hurt me. Then she amazingly executed my perfect gel manicure! Thanks for being so sweet and sympathetic. I’ll definitely be returning the next time i visit the bay area :)

They have so many colors of gel and styles it’s insane. In one hour I was out with the most fantastic cat-eye green. This gel takes longer than the others due to creating the cat-eye. Other than that you are out in 40 mins or less. Go see Bambi! Everyone I see compliments the nails!

I want to give this place 5 stars since I’ve been coming for a year or so but they can take a very long time. You will get an excellent manicure or pedicure that will last for ages but be prepared to spend at least two hours unless you warn them in advance

This place is centrally located on Polk st and has been REALLY busy every time I have been. I am thankful I called ahead to get an appt even if it was an hour before hand. These kind sweet manicurists will reserve you a spot. It’s not the neighborhood salon feel as they have such high volume. It has a marina over flow kind of feel. I’ll def go back because it’s close and near food. But will prob look for a more low key salon. A gel manicure was $35.00 not including tip. I’ve never been disappointed by the ladies talent and quality. It’s 👍 every time. They make your real nails look like your wearing acrylics.

I don’t often get a mani-pedi, but I will now! The staff here is super friendly and does a great job catering to your needs; so much so a buddy joined me that same night and loved the service (he actually regularly gets this done, about every few weeks). Also the facility is very clean and neat (which def matters to me).

This was my first time and I made my next appointment. I got a fill, gel polish and pedicure. My sister got the same. We loved their work. I was happy and pleased.

I walked in after i couldnt get in at my normal nail spot. I was kindly greeted and was sat at the most comfortable massage chair ever. Lynn (amazing) and Mimi (also very kind) both pampered my paws. I got a beautiful gel manicure. Im normally insane extra picky when it comes to having my nails painted. I hate when the technician leaves part of my nail unpainted. This was the first time I had such a thorough paint job. Thank you Lynn for paying attention to detail. I will be back Manipedi Spa.

Bambi is amazing!

A friend invited me to go here with her so I called and made an appointment early Sunday afternoon for 6pm that day. When we showed up, the place was BUSY. And two women showed up soon after us, a of us with 6pm appointments. So clearly they overbooked or took too many walk ins. I encouraged them to help my friend first and they agreed because she had gel polish that needed removing first. This was already 15 minutes or so after our appointment time. They helped the two women who came in after me before they got to me (around 6:35pm). After that everything was great. The woman who helped me, whose name I regrettably didn’t ask for, was awesome. No pain whatsoever (which often happens). I got a gel pedi with a black base and an overtone called Shangri-la. It is GORGEOUS. However, at the end the woman told me it was cash only even though I had verified over the phone that they took cards but I wasn’t going to argue with her about it. They had an ATM there, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but I’m not happy about the ATM fee. The woman who had checked us in made sure we signed up for their rewards program (apparently you get $5 off after 5 visits). Overall, I’m happy, but I’ll probably book earlier in the day next time I go.

This is arguably the best mani-pedi Ive ever gotten. All of the staff are very friendly and polite, and make you feel welcomed and cared about. They joke with you, encourage conversation between guests (when appropriate), and dont ignore you/only speak to each other.Nancy did a wonderful job on my toes, helping me choose a color to match the gel chrome polish that I chose for my fingers. Nu was working on the lady next to me, and she also did a wonderful job! These people are willing to take requests from you to file a little more there, try certain color combinations, or add massage time, etc. Theyre very flexible and never make you feel like youre a burden.I got one of those gel chrome manicures, where they paint your nails with black gel, cure them, and then smooth on pigment powder and go over it with a top coat to give you a very shiny look. They got a bit of a rush right as my manicure started, so a couple people worked on my fingernails. In particular, Vanna did the gel on my nails and she did a wonderful job! Very meticulously cut, filed, and shaped my nails, then carefully applied the gel. Its not horribly thick, uneven, and even when I smudged it a bit she took time to fix it and you can barely tell.Then Bambi, who seems to be the head honcho of the shop (her mother is the hostess and greets you as you walk in -- very nice lady, doesnt know a lot of English, if any, but is still super sweet), is going around doing the more advanced procedures on peoples nails, including applying the chrome powder on mine. She accepts venmo payments, makes appointments, and checks people in. All while working, but makes no mistakes!My only qualm is that the massage chair I was in was a bit uncomfortable, and my butt bones ached by the time I was done. But that might have just been the one chair.All in all, wonderful manicure, reasonable prices, great customer service, pleasant location! Ill definitely come back next time Im in SF and need nailcare.

The best Mani Pedi I have ever had!!! Im in San Francisco for business and I needed a mani pedi before the conference started. So I found this place a block away from my hotel, and they are undeniably the best place I have ever gone. And the prices for Mani Pedi gel are very reasonable. Bambi and Britney were amazing and were so careful and didnt rush. My husbands mani pedi was wonderful as well. The next time Im in San Francisco, I will definitely be coming back!
