The best gym all around. Clean bathroom and organized weights. The location is convenient and all of the machines were working well.
This place is decent. The front staff is very friendly but one particular personal trainer (I wont say any names) red had the audacity to come up and harass me about my water bottle. It is a glass water bottle but the way she went by it was wrong especially because she has seen me bring it to the gym for a whole month and never said anything. Mind you there is NO signs on the wall about no glass bottles. She interrupted me while I was on the tread mill in the middle of my work out with the bottle on the side of the tread mill out of harms way. I told her red that I will remove it when I was done running and that wasnt good enough. She had one of the front staff come take it from me and moved it behind the front counter. It was very embarrassing. She also tried to sell me one of their aluminum canisters. Very unprofessional.
Good gym. Good nice view of the park and bridge from the cycling, running machines and the elliptical.Downstairs the weights room is clean, well maintained and has enough for you to work with. The pool and changing rooms are always clean also and there’s also a sauna. Can’t find a better gym for the price in SF
Definitely one of the better San Francisco gyms. The pool is nice and clean and theres a sauna. The treadmills have beautiful views of the bay.
20 yard pool is great and never too crowdedNew gym equipment is stellar
One of the cleanest gyms that I know in the Bay Area. The only one with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge while working out. Best times late morning and early afternoon.
Nice facilities, inclusive of pool and shower plus towel services. Basic membership is free for UCSF students
Great gym. Lots of different classes. My wife was a long term patient at UCSF and I was allowed to join with a discounted monthly fee and no sign up cost.
Really like UCSF fitness. High sign up fees but in September and January/February they are usually waived or discounted for new members.
Nice place. Friendly
Wonderful gym facility with a spectacular view of the city and Golden Gate Bridge!
UCSF Parnassus campus fitness center. Mainly for staff and students, but guest memberships and passes are available. Pool is good for kids swim classes.
Went to check out the facilities and ask about membership. Im a UC Hastings student. I found out access to the weight room, machines, and locker room are free with student ID and proof of class schedule. You have to pay for a membership to get access to the group exercise classes. Super excited about that, but the building is SO confusing.
Nice place and good help at desk.provided to me by the caseworker at ucsf.
Nice people and good workout equipment.
Nice clean pool and sauna.
Luv my job!😍
Its not a fancy gym, but it has everything you need.
Compact, with everything you need.
Best in the City?
Delicious and old school gem
Cant beat the view, and there are usually plenty of machines available
Old style squash court.
Great gym
Terrible pool hours
