I lived there in 1977 Went to Bay High School and once a week everyone in theyre group home went to couciling. Lots of the kids Needed to work through the issues of coming from a broken home as for me my mother died when i was 28 months old! My father had to work didnt have welfare assistance like they do today! They actually did really care about the children! Very classy and well maintained safe home !
