These ppl are making $$ off of you. I will do my best, never to use United Cargo. Shipment comes in on Fri end of day and gets released on Sat. I pick up on Monday. Yet they charged me storage fees. Due to Covid I couldnt pick up my shipments till Monday and the supervisor tells me these rules are on their website. Karma!!!!

The women at the desk were very professional and helpful. They had Jessie help me by answering questions about shipping my personal effects. He was absolutely wonderful. I left in a much better frame of mind then my confused and stressed state when I arrived!!

They don’t care whether it is live animal or not. It takes hours to get the cargo from them. Worst experience ever. Too many people are made to wait and danger to health for the public. They need to do something about this place. If they improve the service all could be easily avoided. Very surprised that they have been allowed to run this place in such an unprofessional manner for this long. They were loading dry goods etc for others very slowly for hours without prioritizing live animals first. The rule is to prioritize live animals first but they simply provide abusive service to both animals and humans alike. They need to shut this place down!Could become a Covid Cluster Mecca!

By far the worst place to have any cargo handled and even worse to go pick it up at. It’s as if the laziest and slowest moving human beings all got together and decided to work here.And this is not an opinion formed from a singular visit but of at least 50 in the past yrOf course 1 cargo warehouse and its disastrous management of employees are not a representation of the airline’s cargo dept in its entirety.

If youre shipping out of SFO this is the absolute worst place to go. Their customer service is lousy. Every single person that works behind the counter seems like theyd rather not be there. If you need help with the little details because its your first time shipping good luck. Half the time they act like they dont even see you standing there and trust me youll be standing there. If I were you I would go Delta Southwest or any other Airline because the service is just so much better everywhere else.If you need to use the restroom and youre in the picking up cargo area, that bathroom is worst! than an outhouse theres been a leak underneath the urinal for I dont know how long Ive been going there a year and its still there and it smells like an outhouse that has been sitting in the sun all day at a festival. Youve been warned!

I can not begin to tell you what a nightmare I had with the Sacramento facility for #united cargo. Ill say this much. I stood in that office from 11am till 4pm and the staff screwed me. 3 times I booked flieghts to shipp 2 dogs out of state and they screwed up so bad that by the time they figured out what they were doing they were to late to enter me in the computer due to there 2 hour ahead of flieghts check in. They said they were sorry the first flieghts. The second time it happened that day they tried to blame it on customer service from United. So they booked another flieght later that day and when it was time to check in they told me there was not enough room on that 3rd plain to hold my kennels and there were no other flieghts till the next day. Then on top of all that after they charged my credit card they said they did not have the access to refund my card. They said I would have to take it up with customer service. Then the only receipt they could give me showed that they actually shipped 2 dogs. I got a little loud asking for a manager. I wanted a proper receipt or my credit. They had the nerve to call the cops on me. 4 sheriffs show up and tell me I need to leave because the staff wants me gone then when I explained to them what the cargo people had done missing 2 flieghts and not having room on the third one they booked for me. And would not give a refund. The cops took my side and made them hand write a receipt for me and call customer service to get me a credit. 4 days later and still no credit. United cargo is the worst. Do not use them. They treat customers like cattle and sheep.

If youre using Uber to get to and from this facility, be prepared to be on the phone and Google Maps with your driver. Took forever for the driver to straighten out the address to get there and also to get from there to terminal.

Went back to united cuz they forgot to indicate in there computer received...if only they could do there job right! Youll spend hours just to receive your boxes at united cargo!
