The project was refinishing 1200 sq ft of hardwood floors from honey oak to a grey- beige. As a realtor I see a lot of homes so I wanted a floor that was versatile enough to go with cool color or warm color decor. Loved working with Cesar, Oscar and Frank. They were super nice, soft spoken, reliable, on time and they knew exactly what they were doing. We were all very happy with the results. We hired Oscar and Ceaser to install hard wood flooring and refinishing the floor in our 13 room San Francisco home after interviewing 7 different contractors . I am happy to recommend Ceaser, Oscar and his team to anyone looking for help with flooring or painting . We did a lot of comparison shopping and interviews before deciding to go with them . Despite all that, was a bit reluctant to hire them because Ceaser looked so young . However his attitude was so great and the price was so very reasonable that we decided to first have them work in a small area . It was soon apparent that they knew their job so we decided to let them install the entire new white oak hard wood floor downstairs and refinish the entire hard wood floor upstairs ( around 2700 square feet ). Not only that, we then hired them to paint the interior of the whole house . I have hired many people in my life and I must say that their attitude, honest dedication and hard work was so refreshing to see . It just shows in their work . Love the way everything turned out .
