Like many of the other agencies unfortunately Randstad has lowered their standards. By that I mean they bait and switch. You see a job advertised through their website, go through the trouble of submitting your resume only to have a recruiter wanting to talk. You know the drill: All talk no action at least not on that particular job you applied to. They will try to convince you to take other jobs that are in bad areas that nobody else wants or have over your head responsibilities. When you ask what happened to your resume for the job that you did apply for they give BS answers. Did they even send your resume to the employer and actually was there truly a job that existed? Youll never know.

Please dont utilize their services. The customer service I experienced (as a hiring manager) was simply awful. I would address issues I had with our temp staff and they would respond with what do you want me to do about it. They are extremely aggressive on the sales side and not responsive on the customer service side. Please for your sanity, avoid them. Go to someone else who can help you professionally and quickly.
