Placed an order for a $60 item. Got an email right away confirming the order. Next day, I receive an email telling me they are refunding my credit card charge. No reason why the order was cancelled. Really? And, not because the item isnt in stock as its still available to order on their website. I wold expect them to tell me why it was cancelled. Im staying away from this company. Smells like a scam to me. They get my credit card info for illegal purposes probably. Id give them 0 stars if possible. Beware of this company.

Communication was great only 4 stars since they were unable to ship. They did notify immediately and promptly refunded my credit card.

Very VERY disappointed. Website showed product was in stock. I placed order & received confirmation. 8 days later, they respond that they cannot ship as they dont have the product. This lack of communication and delay caused other dependencies of my renovation to be pushed back. Not cool, Tink. Not cool.

Ordered on 12/5, item was never shipped, terrible and not responsive customer service, eventually asked for a refund since the item still had not shipped almost a month later, took Amazon pay getting involved to get money back. Item was for Christmas and now I will purchase through another vendor and give it late. Stay away and just purchase through a large distributor like Amazon or Walmart. Disappointed, I wanted this to be a good experience.instead if always defaulting to Amazon to buy things.
