After numerous emails trying to receive a shipping slip to return a defective merch, I had to pay out of pocket. I mailed the package weeks ago and the tracking says it has been delivered 2 weeks ago but I still haven’t gotten my refund or an email from them. I don’t know what is going on with this company but the organization and customer service is terrible. Takes them weeks to respond, no help when they do respond, and they don’t even have a phone number. Please do not buy your merch from them.

Almost two months and I still have not received my merchandise even though I was already charged for it. No response from customer service emails either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!!! Dont believe me, just look at their Facebook page, it is nothing but complaints. Now they can fight with PayPal because luckily that is how I paid them.

Ordered merch over a month ago and it still hasnt shipped yet. Absolute scam artists!!
