Bay Area came highly recommended to our family after the loss of our mother. They navigated us through a very trying time with care and patience. In the unfortunate instance we need them again, I wouldnt hesitate to use their services. Very professional.

Nothing wrong with the service. But the man who handled our case was a little strange. He smelled the ink on our signatures like he was smelling a fine wine or flower...over all just a very X Files seeming kind of guy. To be fair, he was very polite, and the urn we chose for my Mom is BEAUTIFUL and high quality. But yeah..he was a tad odd.
