The employees are not well trained. Do not trust Justin, wearing Ray Bands perscirption glasses, to assist you. I waited a hour plus doing the credit card 10% promotion. When I wanted the manager present and she tried we got an answer in 5 minutes. In the end, she could not help me out. She also lied to me. These people are young and unprofessional. Dont trust them.
I got a new laptop the service was great and full of knowledge. They were friendly and nice to their customers.

Among advertised services, they say broadly cell phone repair, but in fact they only deal with iPhones. Very misleading.

Unable to make an appointment for installation with Geek Squad. I was on hold for 45 minutes and was then told by your call center she was unable to help. What the hell are you all doing? My wait time was advertised by everyone, including the Manila employees, as five minutes before they put me on hold again. Best Buy and Geek Squad service is plain unnavigable today. Stupid, imho.
I received excellent service from Carlos the Manger of the san Francisco Greek Squad on Harrison street. He went above and beyond to answer all my question and set me up with a laptop.
We bought a new TV at Best Buy and paid extra for set-up. We are very disappointed that they didn’t do the adjustments correctly to get the best possible picture.
