We went for the tile and grout service and it was amazing astounding. I had tried cleaning the grout myself on hands and knees and special cleaner and grout brush. No way did I come close to the job they did. AND they sealed it with special stuff so it will last much longer.

What can’t I say about Marcelino. He’s top notch and does superior work compared to other carpet cleaners I’ve used over the years. The dedication to his craft is evident in the work he does and his professionalism.

They are really the best Ive come across! I hired another company in the past when i wanted to save a buck, but they just left my carpets wet....the stairs reappeared when the carpet dried. Basically, the other company was NOT worth ANY money! But Stanley Steemer has proven to clean all the stains, and are very professional. I loved that I got a text saying they were on their way and they gave a link so I could track their van as they approached! Such an amazing extra! The cleaners were super kind, and did a quick and thorough job. I liked that they checked in with me so I could inspect one area before they moved onto the next. Stanley Steemer came to my place to clean my bathroom and kitchen tiles, and my carpeted stairs. They did a great job, especially with my tricky kitchen tiles. They were very professional and took the necessary precautions for covid. A bit pricey but worth it. Would highly recommend :)

The service was not bad. The service people were fine and professional and they did a decent job. The problem was the way I was charged. A rip off. I was told on the phone (before they arrived) it will be $375 for my 2 bedroom with OSI and protection material, and I agreed. But then when they arrived they said it would be $409 for some extra charges. Fine. I still said ok. But then they told me because they had to use long hoses and setting it up to get from their truck to my unit in the second floor, it would be an extra $99!! Something they had never asked me about nor told me when I was scheduling for the service. Had they told me before, I could have asked around for companies who wouldn’t charge that kind of fee. Also, had I not made plans for delivery of my furniture for the next day, I would have NEVER agreed with this kind of price gouging at the very last minute, but I needed the carpets cleaned on that day. After the service, they told me my service would be $509 and after I asked for a discount it came down to $474, which was still $99 above the price they told me. I am writing this review because I like others to be aware and prepared that the price they are quoted may not be what they will ask when they show up and do the job.

The rugs were very dirty with having renters in my flat. The cleaning was excellent and the rugsLook almost knew. 2 bedrooms a hall & stairs. Very knowledgeable about how & what to do. I will use them again.

Overall Im very happy. Ivan and his employee were very friendly and did outstanding work. I had a large sectional cleaned, a oversized loveseat and the master bedroom carpet + hallway done. Their pricing was very fair and ill definitely call them again when cleaning is needed.

The guys were right on time. Introduced themselves and assisted this old lady with moving the chairs off the rugs. Were respectful and diligent. They made sure the rugs they were taking were recorded properly and double checked the bill. I appreciated them. I use Stanley Steemer regularly and this expression of my respect for them mirrors their respect for me.

The smell in my rugs is still prevalent. For over $500 and still not getting the smells out as promised? Pretty terrible.

The tile floor in our building entryway was neglected and extremely dirty. Juan and Claudia did an amazing job treating the floor and produced results that exceeded my expectations.

Stanley Steemer made a steady customer of me. I had booked an appointment online with another carpet cleaner that I had used for three years, but when my appointment time came and passed, they let me down. They claimed no knowledge of me or my appointment and wouldnt come that day. My husband and I had prepared everything for cleaning, moved all the furniture and other obstructions, and now we were left high and dry in the middle of the day. In desperation I called Stanley Steemer and they agreed to come the same day. Our job was no doubt tacked onto the end of a hard day, but Claudia and Omar arrived and cleaned our carpets expertly and cheerfully. We were happy with the results and grateful that Stanley Steemer came to our rescue.

Work team were pleasant enough but not as thorough as I would have liked. Granted that white carpet is the most unforgiving in terms of showing wear and dirt, I had still hoped it would look cleaner than the results this time.

Service was fast and easy. I appreciate that they were able to notify you ahead of time of the ETA of your cleaner. I felt the price was a bit high for the size of the area they completed, and they were not able to get out the pet stains we had which is why we had had got our carpets cleaned in the first place. Overall good quality but disappointed I will now have to hire a different company to clean what I wanted to have done.

Appointment was between 2-5. At 4:30 and no show I called. They tried to reschedule me and I said no as I was leaving town. Worker finally arrived and obviously unhappy. The job performance was half hearted. He argued that my hallway was too long and the charge would be extra. I pointed out that my hallway had not grown since the last time Stanley Steamer services my carpets and I would nit pay extra. Job completed was minimal.I am not sure if I will use their services again. Very dissatisfied with service and attitude.

I’ve been using this local SF Stanley Steemer for several years and have always been happy with their sofa cleaning services. I recently ordered the tile and grout cleaning and wasn’t sure anyone would be able to take it from dirty light grey to white, but they were able to get it sparkling clean! Love this team and highly recommend their services in San Francisco.

My team was wonderfully efficient, professional and left my bedroom carpet and area rug wonderfully clean and fresh smelling! They did a great job and were in and out in less than an hour. The customer sevice experience is top notch from reminder emails and calls to confirm, to texts when the team is arriving. Kudos to everyone at Stanley Steemer for their excellent customer service! First, when I called to book the appointment for upholstery cleaning, the customer service rep was able to accommodate my tight schedule. On the day of the appointment (today!) I was given a window from 1pm to 4pm, but received a text at 12:30pm letting me know they were on the way over, which was awesome! The guys arrived and took care of business cleaning our smelly sofa and loveseat. Shout out to Robert for doing the bulk of the work. He has an amazing work ethic and great customer service -- he deserves a raise! The air quality in our home has dramatically improved thanks to Stanley Steemer! No more smelly couch...hurray!

They were very detail-orientated and meticulous. We had one trouble coffee stain in our front entrance that we have not been able to get clean. This time, the stain is gone and looks great! This Stanly Steemer: Dont respect the customers time when they schedule service. The arrival window was scheduled from 2pm to 5pm, and yet the workers showed up to do the job at 4:50pm to 6:30pm. Of course, I was very unhappy about the lack of consideration. Their manager had the nerves to argue with me and feel this behavior was acceptable. I demanded a discount which he approved at 10%. If you have noughthing better to do...and want to wait all day!!!! Call this Stanley Steemer# just saying!!! BUT, I must give high-five to to the two gentlemens who cleaned my tile THEY were professionals.
