The counter in at the hotel lobby. They dont have all cars in lace so I suggest making reservation in advance. We had a pleasant experience, no delays or problems.

Very comfortable and central place to start a car rental when you are already in San Francisco. Very good service, although reserved vehicles were not available at the time of pick-up and we had to wait 3 hours for the substitutes to be ready.
