What a great class! The instructor was upbeat and enthusiastic, which made the time fly by. By the end of the two-day course, we were informed and ready for the exam. I was certified by the end of the second day. I highly recommend taking their Scrum Master Certification course.

I took the SCPO certification class this weekend and was blow away, literally. I found exactly what I was looking for and more. Mr. Eric Tucker did such an amazing job delivering the content AND remotely. I wasnt sure what to expect when being broken out into product teams in this environment, but with Erics clear instruction on what do to with the online tools provided.... this was in some ways even better than working in the same room. I am impressed. They have taken the Covid-lemon environment and certainly found a way to educate others with some good-tasting lemonade with a kick! I have to mention that the Hyperdrive Agile Leadership CEO, Stacey Louie, is absolutely down-to-earth, extremely knowledgeable, and committed to his organization and his team. I had a fun experience training to be certified as a Scrum Master. There was a nice mix of lecture and interactive activity to reinforce what we were learning, but no one in the class was ever put on the spot. Afterwards, I took my Scrum test and passed with flying colors. Highly recommended.

Been following Hyperdrive Agile for a while and finally got to take a class with trainer Eric Rapin, who was excellent. You could tell how he has embodied Agile, even through the structure and teaching of his class. Potential impediments of having a class side nearing 40, no problem; have a lot of non software use cases and questions, no problem; have issues with adjacent teams or leadership misalignment while running agile scrum, no problem.He helped strip down Agile to its core and then built it back up for a variety of situations, making it richer for everyone in attendance. Im glad I waited to be able to take this class through Hyperdrive Agile (especially when I came back to work and debriefed with a colleague who took a different class and found out it was night and day, hers being awful and not covering half the things we did).

I did the CSPO training this week. Eric and Ed were fantastic. I am normally not very engaged during training given the typical lecture format, but I was surprised with how much interactivity there was. I intend to seek them out next time I need a training class. I would definitely recommend this company for your training needs.

I cannot speak highly enough in regards to Kim Brainards class on becoming a certified Product Owner. She knows her stuff, engages the class, is serious about pushing everyone to learn how to be a product owner. She taught the class as she was our product owner and really engaged in a way that got everyone excited about the process. Truly inspirational and you couldnt get a better teacher for learning the Agile/Scrum framework with Kim.

This was a great course (CSPO)! Eric Rapin and team did an awesome job presenting the topics and technique of product ownership using many different methods - lecture, visual, games, and activities. I really enjoyed it and found it incredibly valuable. Im slowing using my new tool set to make changes in my organization. Cant wait to take the Advanced CSPO course or maybe some Kanban training if they offer it. Thanks, gang!

I took CSM class with Eric Rapin a couple of years ago and it was the best decision I couldve made to get my concepts clear about the role of a Scrum Master. I learned a lot and was able to implement what I learned back at my work place. Due to the practical teaching approach Eric takes, you tend to remember what you learned in the class long after its over. I loved the experience so much that I took the CSPO class as well a few days back and the experience was just as great as ever! I cant recommend the courses enough! There is no compromise on quality and all the content is backed by practical experience and examples. Icing on cake is the pictorial representation of all the happening activities from the class by Ed Rapin. THE most fun learning experience Ive ever had!

Eric was very engaging and helpful. Will look to take future sessions when hes back in town!
