We have been using image source since May 2017. They are reliable when it comes to helping with our technical issues on our printer. Submitting a tickets is easy an their availability to come into our office is convenience. Theyre rate are also affordable for our use.The only issued I had was ordering supplies from them. They are not always consistent on fulfilling orders for our supplies. Its easier to order supplies through email rather than phone.For example, when I needed to replace our staples for our automatic stapler. The customer service representative made hard to find the exact staples we needed since I didnt know the model of the stapler and it wasnt on the stapler itself. They also had no record of what stapler we had even though they issue it to us. I had to go into our files to get the invoice from past purchase and when i got back to the phone. The representative hanged up on me. So I just email the order and got it later that week.Also another time I order new toners for our printer since we ran out. When we got it. We were missing two of the toners. I called to let them know we were missing two of them. When I got the package. They send the same toners and was still missing two of the toners. The third time we got the two missing toners.Other times ordering supplies we got what we order so for that reasons I gave them 4 out 5 stars since it was not a big issue for our operation when ordering supplies. They would of got 5 stars if they were consist with supplies.

The people at Image Source are very knowledgeable and helpful and do a great job servicing our Xerox machine. They really try to accommodate our schedule, which is tough, because we are only in the office 2 days a week.I really appreciate that.

Speedy, reliable, and the pros definitely have expert knowledge. Friendly for a small church budget. Any issues weve ever had are solved within the day. Highly recommend!

After over a year of working with Imagesource, I have yet to have any complaints. I get my supplies delivered on time and if there was an issue, they are always willing to help sort things out. The onsite techs all have been really great and knowledgeable.

Image Source has Awesome customer service! They are always prompt in answering any questions and/or concerns we may have! We dont know what we would do without our printer/copier and their help in keeping our office running smoothly! :)
