This review is for the public space on the 11th floor of One Kearny (the street address of which is actually on Geary). Youll have to show ID to the doorman, then take the first elevator up. The space is a bit small with limited shade but nice views down Market St and 3rd St. There are also outlets available.That said ... Comcasts reputation for terrible customer service is well-deserved: they abused the phone number I provided at installation to upsell me more of their overpriced services.
