Weve been with Allstate since the sixties and generally had good experiences. The exception was the agency we had before Noel. They ere unresponsive and in one instance incredibly hostile and insulting about a simple request. We would have dropped Allstate but then Noel has taken good care of us. I only regret that the previous agency continued to get credit for our account. Had I know that I wouldnt have even hesitated to move to another insurance company.AlsoI wrote to the manager responsible for that agency and only got a form letter from his assistant. It didnt even deserve his attention. Noel though has been helpful and responsive. Were still with Allstate because of his good work.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My premium DOUBLED after a minor fender bender, and when I pointed out that this is outrageous, this horrible individual had the audacity to accuse me of requesting special treatment. No sir. I think ANYONE whose premium doubles after a fender bender should be outraged and their rate lowered. Do NOT use this agent.
