Ive been a State Farm customer with Jake Stewarts office for almost 15 years. Jake and his team are absolutely fantastic. Friendly, honest, reasonably priced - they truly are the best in the business. I just recently had my first auto claim due to a catalytic converter theft, and I was back on the road in two days, with the claim paid in full within a week. Weve been customers of this agency for many years. We have multiple automotive policies, homeowners, business insurance, and umbrella coverage. Recently purchased my first home and had the pleasure of being introduced to the Dave and Jake Stewart team. They are consummate professionals, extremely responsive, and have great knowledge on the various insurance products and offerings. Most importantly, they took the time to really understand my profile and goals, and educated me in a manner such that i could make the best coverage decisions. For example, I had never heard of umbrella coverage, but realized quickly that it was highly irresponsible not to have any. I was able to sign up for auto/home/umbrella and put together a policy that is affordable and provides the proper coverage. Their entire staff is excellent!!!
