Fixed a very old vacuum cleaner. Best experience on service sector in the city for past many years. Unbelievable price fixed in very reasonable time. Cant asking anything more.

This store represents the best part of brick and mortar retail (great selection, convenience, great service). We have bought several vacuums here. I stopped by to buy a replacement part (small clip that keeps vacuum neck attached to arm) and it was near closing time for the store. They guy behind the counter took the time to quickly process a warranty replacement. He was patient and nice, and in minutes I was out of there with a free replacement part. I will keep coming back, thank you for the great customer service!

I really like these folks! Great technicians do excellent maintenance and repair on all kinds of appliances. They even rewired a old lamp for me!Their pricing is right on target. I never feel like I should have just throw it away and purchased a new one.When I took my Electrolux in for repair they called the Company and got me a new one because it was still under warranty! Now who does that!I love these guys! Actually its a Mom and Son business which I also love!

Great service, replaced my Zojirushi hot water boiler pump for a fair price. Feels way better to fix it than to toss it then buy new.

I brought my KitchenAid stand mixer, which had stopped spinning. This is a very common problem, that Phils electric was able to repair in less than two hours. I even got some advice on how to prevent this in the future. The service is good and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Phils Electric for a very long time. I buy all my floor care cleaning products from them. If I have a question about a vacuum bag insulation or as simple as where is the power switch on an unfamiliar machine, they a patient and very helpful and work with me until I get it!! This has been my experience several times, never do I feel rushed or get a half answer to my issue. This is a 5 star shop!

Awesome. They were open on Saturday (lots of other places werent), they had the part I needed, the cost was right, and the lady was really nice and super interested in vacuums. Thumbs up.
