Steven is a lifesaver. After calling 26 appliance repair companies, Steven was the only one willing to help me and work with my terrible home warranty company (as a favor to me). He quickly diagnosed my issue and was responsive to calls and texts for scheduling and part updates. He was incredibly through and fast with the repair. He even fixed a few issues with the door closure which were left by another technician years before and checked for other potential issues. He also was very knowledgeable, telling me what to look out for if our older stove was experiencing issues again in the future. I will never use anyone else for any appliance repair. He is top notch!

Fantastic and super professional service! It was super easy to schedule appointment with Best Appliance Repair . They called me to confirm my appointment in 30 minutes. My repair guy Steve was on time and he was very detailed when explained what was wrong with my Bosch washing machine. He had to replaced a door lock and he was glad to show me all he was doing so that I felt comfortable with his work. Overall it was a very good experience and I would use them again!

Steven is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Hes one of those people who can repair anything. He responds immediately to requests for information, arrives on time, keeps you informed as he works and cleans up after himself. He even patiently let me clean parts of the oven that were exposed for the first time. He is a real find.

Really pleased with the experience of working with Best Appliance Repair. I called, explained the issue with my washer. We did a quick FaceTime call where technician diagnosed it was a “Stryker” that needed to be replaced. He said he would order the part and then come and install as soon as it arrived and gave me a really reasonable quote. He did just that and arrived within a half day of receiving part. My SPT countertop dishwasher stopped working. I contacted 3/4 appliance repair places, everyone told me they dont repair counter top dish washers.When I called Best Appliance Repair, Steve replied my call within 5 minutes. He offered to have a look at my dish washer at a time convenient to me.He diagnosed that Main Pump was the broken component and also expalined what were my options to get it fixed.He did all the research and ordered the part to fix my dishwasher and came back three days later to complete the repair.My dish washer was working like new again. He stayed to make sure it was working properly.He called the next day to make sure I was happy with the repair.He was very professional, knowledgable and friendly.I will definitely contact him if anything breaks again. I had a simple problem of my slide tract coming off the rail that supports my upper freezer basket on my GE Profile refrigerator. I called around on different Yelp reviews and most charge an initial visit then add more charges if they touch your appliance and I was quoted as much as $169 for the visit plus any labor which occurred with several repair companies I called.I feel I was lucky when I called Best Appliance. I was quoted $65 and said if it is simple that would be the total charge. Steven, the owner of the business knows what he is doing. In 30min, he took apart the slide bracket, looked into the part, knew the parts that had fallen out how to put it back together, gave recommendations for possible breakdown again and what part I would need and did a thorough assessment of all the functions of the refrig and made some adjustments. Professional, timely, knowledgeable, efficient and a reasonable rate.
