Alicia, the owner, handled my consultation and together we came up with a proposal that outlined my budget, locations, and needs. Relocating is daunting, especially during COVID-19, and Alicia, and my specialist Alisa, made it such an easy process.Due to uncertainty of my job start date I had to move my tour date a few times, and Alicia was more than accommodating every time. She listened to my budget, desired neighborhoods and apartment amenities.Alisa picked us up from the hotel, with masks and hand sanitizer, and showed us 15+ apartments all in my desired location with my must haves. I moved into San Francisco from Cleveland Ohio, without any prior experience with the area, let alone the real estate market. Because I was moving on my own, I did a one-day apartment tour with San Francisco Relocate to get help with finding a one-bedroom apartment. Alicia, my primary contact, spoke with me about my expectations and requirements (such as commute time, size of the apartment, neighborhoods, etc) and helped me to decide on a reasonable budget. She also helpfully answered any questions that I had about the process and about the area, including the nature of the types of apartments we would see and what would best suit my needs. She was always very responsive, and typically was able to return my calls within a day. Alicia then connected me with Alisa, the representative who planned and escorted me on my full day apartment tour. She coordinated visits to 13 different places, taking into account specific features that I look for in a place to live. She was personable and professional, and was happy to address any questions or concerns I had throughout the day. I was especially impressed by how she continued to communicate with me the following day via text, and helped to negotiate the prices of my top 2 choices. She also served as a valuable resource and advocate during the application process, which can be very competitive in a market like San Francisco. I ended up finding an apartment that Im excited about, although the rent is a bit higher than I had originally intended. I will say also that any relocation service may not be worth the high price tag for someone already familiar with the area and market, but to those who are new and unfamiliar with San Francisco, and/or would really like to have help, I would highly recommend San Francisco Relocate.

Very helpful for a move across country. I was moving to the Bay Area from Massachusetts, and wasnt having any luck getting responses from landlords about their apartment postings on my own. Alicia was incredibly helpful working within my budget and understanding my needs and pointing me in the direction of viable neighborhoods. On viewing day, Kerry was incredibly helpful. Brought me to see 11 apartments. We were originally scheduled to see 12 but found a keeper before the end of the day and as approved for the rental. The price tag may be scary at first, but theres no way I would have been able to get a rental on my own from 3000 miles away, even if Id flown out and tried to view places on my own.

I typically do not write reviews, but after using this amazing relocating service I felt it was necessary. I recently got a job in SF and was overwhelmed when I started looking for apartments. I was not familiar with any neighborhoods and not super comfortable with contacting people online. I set up a phone appointment with Alicia to discuss her services and immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. She answered a ton of my questions, on two separate occasions, prior to me even agreeing to her services.About a week or so before I visited SF to check out apartments, Alicia connected me to Charity, who essentially served as my relator, tour guide, and chauffeur. After working with San Francisco Relocate, I can understand why they are so well-reviewed.When my wife and I started investigating our housing options for our move to San Francisco from Washington, DC, we quickly realized that we would not be able to successfully navigate the crazy SF real estate market from the other side of the country. We contacted various relocation services - Alicia made the best impression, making our decision easy.Alicia interviewed us thoroughly in order to determine how to organize our tour of rental properties. She then introduced us to Elana, who would be conducting the tour. We spent two days with Elana, during which we viewed more than 20 properties. Elana was highly organized and had recorded all of the vital information for each property. She represented us well and established a good rapport with all of the property managers we met. Her pleasant demeanor made what could have been a stressful ordeal into an enjoyable and productive process.Within one day after our tour, we had signed a lease. The process could not have gone more smoothly - the property manager said that the application packet we submitted with the help of San Francisco Relocate was impressive and the most organized one she had ever seen. SF relocate helped me finding my apartment. In a single weekend I could visit 20 apartments and Charity took over the city, showing me neighborhoods and describing how was life in the different corners of the city. They also helped me preparing the paperwork and understanding what was better for my needs. Eventually the whole hunt was done successfully in about a week and only three weeks after I arrived in the States. Compared to my previous experience, SFrelocate is a lot of value for the price. Definitely recommended, in particular if you are in a hurry

Highly recommend using San Francisco Relocate!! They assisted us in relocating from Dallas TX to SF and we could not be happier with the process and the results. We opted for the guided showings because we are new to the area (if you are relocating from out of state I recommend that.) This service was so worth it. I had only a short time off of work to find a place and the housing market in San Francisco is some of the toughest in the country. Leslie Burnley not only has a 100% success rate, but the first place she showed me was exactly what I was looking for. Leslie went above and beyond. She talked to neighbors if they were out and about so I could feel more comfortable about my decision. She asked questions like, do you have a lot of parties? to a neighborhood that potentially would have lived above me and been very noisy. Finding a place to live is stressful enough, even moreso when you are living almost 400 miles away. I did it on my own last year when I moved from Maine to Los Angeles and it was miserable. Hands down the best thing I chose to do during my relocation process is work with San Francisco Relocate. Im planning to move from Boston to San Francisco for a new job opportunity, but I only had 3 short weeks to find an apartment (that was also dog friendly - woof!). I used San Francisco Relocate this past summer to find a rental in San Francisco. This was an incredibly daunting task for me (simply put, I was terrified) but both Alicia and Dana were amazing and helped me through each step.My initial consultation was with Alicia and she was extremely helpful as far as asking the right questions to identify what type of place I wanted. She gave me a ton of useful information about the rental market in SF, the different neighborhoods, etc. Once I agreed to use their services, Alicia provided me with a list of required documents and templates for my cover letter and cat bio (yep!). It was great to know exactly what I needed going into it, so there was no scrambling at the end.The apartment tour was conducted her associate Dana. She was also incredible! It was very nice to have everything organized for me in such professional manner, so all I had to do was literally, show up. I had sent her several postings in the week leading up to our tour and Dana was able to secure appointments with several of those places in addition to finding many others that met my criteria. We saw a total of 12 apartments in just one day!Dana was excellent at asking questions I would never think of and identifying things about apartments I would have missed.
