Friendly people, lovely rooms that they have. Property Manager takes care of guests timely. She is so nice to respond whenever I call or text anytime. The location cannot beat the price. Cable car /Powell st is just 2 minutes when I step out from their hotel.

Well maintained rooms. When something is needed, it is sorted out. Nice, friendly people.

They think about every detail you need. Also neighbors and roommates are very nice people. Here, I had good friends that I will last for many years.

I rented from them years ago in San Diego and I tried multiple times to get my deposit back and they didn’t even try. They just took my money, pls find another company to rent your room from.

This was a great place for my daughters first venture living away from home on her own. She loved her room, which was spacious and comfy. She wished that there had been more common space to get to know the other tenants; but she enjoyed the city, and the apartments location was within walking distance of her school. My daughter found her apartment to be a great place to spend her month in San Francisco.

My experience was amazing, the place is clean and the people are friendly. My friend and I stayed in their Ellis building for 6 months and overall we loved it!

This company is just incredible. Even if there is no solutions they find a solution. They helped me so much. There is a lot companies which put fees for nothing. Rexidence is cheaper and better you have just to compare.Thanks for all really !Nair

This is the ABSOLUTELY WORST property management company Ive ever encountered in my life. They will not respond to you and they do not do their jobs. The area manager is awful, the company front desk and internal staff are also awful, Rexidence is impossible to work with. Weve experienced over 7weeks of major inconvenience of a 4month lease(no hot water, shower broke down, broken sink, construction went on for 6 weeks right under us from Monday-Friday non stop...). DO NOT rent with them.

I stayed with this company in their furnished Park West apartment for almost a year. I loved staying with them. They were so helpful and friendly:)The community was very close to a bowling alley where I often hung out with my roommates and many fast food places and grocery stores.Would stay again.

It’s been 2 months that I am staying in their apartments and they were very helpful to me.First of all, they knew that I am an international student and they were so supportive. Also, employees are so helpful and friendly. Apartments are clean and located in the good neighborhoods.

I have never in my entire experience encountered such bad management and such bad living conditions in my entire life. We had a plumbing issue over 10 days ago that has not been resolved yet, and they keep pushing the date of repair. We had no shower for 4 days and we still have no running water in our kitchen. Water poured out from our drain and we carried water our from our kitchen bucket by bucket. I’m shocked. I’ve never encountered such a disrespect for people in my entire life. Veronica and Nil are horrendous. I would stay away from Rexidence at all costs. This is all my nightmares come true.

Extremely friendly customer service. My whole stay from first day to leaving the apartment was really easy and the rooms itself were very clean.

I lived there for 3 months while I was doing an ACP in Irvine. The appartments were nice, clean. I would recommend rexirvine because their staff is always available to discuss about the issues you could find.

I have lived with rexidence for 1 year and i really like the people beacuse always helping me. These guys really respect everybody and i apreciate all they have done to help me adjust in a different country.

Stayed here in their LA Westwood apartment and loved the speedy customer service, apartment amenities and value for money!

The worst service Ive ever received from any company. Absolutely dreadful. My apartment was dirty, and the building manager was a convicted felon. Such a disappointment.

They expect you to pay on time (and I always do), yet theyll never pay you back on time. Theyll send you all kinds of complaints to your inbox every day, but they will never answer your email except when its regarding money. Avoid if possible.

Do not contract with this company.Your security deposit will be refunded as soon as possible.(= more than 2months)
