I am a tenant in San Francisco and used this product in April during the beta stage. I liked it a lot, cause I saved a lot of time and money. First of all, I saved on application fees - cause it is absolutely free when you apply via Rentberry. Also, I saved whole bunch of time since I had a budget and applied for properties only with low to mid demand. Recommend it to others.

This company will soon lunch its own cryptocurrency designed specifically for rental payments. I hope this will help international renters like me save some money on currency exchanges and all things like that. Fingers crossed their idea will actually see the light of day.

I’ve heard that Rentberry is preparing an update of its platform. They are starting an ICO and work on decentralized home rental platform. It means their service will be available outside the US (which is great) and there’s a hope that rental-related costs will be somewhat reduced thanks to blockchain. Keeping an eye on this company, seems promising to me.

I rented 2 units through this service before. it doesnt get limited by bidding only - it offers way more than just that - it took me 5 mins to sign a lease. plus a free credit report fo a tenant. i do recommend it!
