Ruben is the best apartment manager Ive ever had. He is always so positive and polite, he organized many fun events for the community, even in the midst of a global pandemic, and he was always really quick to help out with any issues we had. He really made 333 Fremont a great place to spend my last year in SF!

I would just like to call out my appreciation for the Maintenance Tech (100/5 stars). Antonio responded to my routine issue same day within four hours and fixed my problem efficiently with an outstanding attitude. I got a feeling this guy enjoys what he does and does it well.

Ruben and Gabe are the best managers. They are extremely attentive and constantly strive to create community!In addition, they create activities for all the tenants and really care about our well-being.

Antonio did an amazing job fixing my appliances and has a great response timing.

I moved into 333 Fremont a week ago and the entire process was very seamless and quick. The building location is great and everything is accessible within walking distance. Shout out to Ruben and Gabriel for helping out and for addressing all of my questions and concerns!

Friendly and very responsive personnel in property management and maintenance.Buildings comparatively small size actually benefit its residents, creating sort of sense of community.On downsides - cancellation fee are pretty high, not sure if that is a common practice in high end neighborhoods like this.

Ive lived here for over a year. Overall, its a nice apartment complex. The location is quiet with convenient freeway access. Soundproofing is quite good. The air ventilation throughout the building could be better. The hallways often fill up with the smell of peoples cooking. Antonio the handy man who resides in the building is wonderful. Its really nice to have the presence of a kind handyman in the building in the event of an emergency. 5 stars for him!!!

I’ve been living here for just about four months and really love the place. The management is excellent and they resolve any pressing issues within the same week. Shoutout to Ruben and Antonio for always willing to listen and help!

The staff is very responsive and helpful! They were especially helpful during the move in - navigating around the building, helping with parking for the rental car and finding the right spot for the moving truck on a busy street.

Its a great place to be in a friendly environment. I really like how they incorporate events for the residents which makes it feel like a special place to live at.

My wife and I lived here for a year and loved it! would have stayed but had to relocate due to work. Yana and Ruben are amazing managers. This place is the best value and quality!

Ive lived here for close to 2 years now and am very happy overall. Its super great the apt complex offers events and tries to build community. The only minor complaint is that the parking space for my compact car is super tight in the garage.

Lived here for 12 months in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. Very modern, open concept, layout which received a lot of natural light. The apartment was given to us in a very clean and well maintained state, so it really felt like we were the first people to live in the unit.Yana, and the rest of her management team, has been a pleasure to work with and they always responded to concerns or maintanance requests ASAP! I would highly recommend this building unit for its clean and modern interior, excellent location for walking to work, and responsive management.

Ive only lived here for a couple months but Ive had literally nothing but nice things to say about 333 Fremont. Their management is incredibly responsive and definitely cares a lot about its tenants. The building-wide events are also a really cool part of living here that Ive met so many interesting people as a result. By far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in.

Would recommend checking out if youre looking for an apartment to rent in San FranciscoEDIT TO ORIGINAL POST ABOVE:While the rental and living experience were fine, I have gone through a world of difficulties since moving out. Buildings management decided to withhold nearly 50% of our security deposit (over $700!) for so-called damages, which were either minor paint chip marks or wood panel floor marks. This is despite the rental agreement stating that normal wear and tear is expected. Definitely something to consider.

Amazing, responsive management here. They go our of their way to ensure that tenants have a smooth transition while moving into the unit.

Ive lived here for a few months and just now wanted to write a review because I had such a great experience with the team a couple days ago! I had forgotten my keys, 6pm on a Friday, and the property manager replied instantly by text - even though I was then stuck in traffic for an hour - and let me in to my apartment. Didnt make me feel bad about it, no fuss, just straight up helped me out, it was wonderful! More broadly speaking, Im really glad we chose this place. I liked the place so much when we saw it that we signed that day. Signing the contracts and moving in was easy. They reserved an elevator for us and let us park in the garage on moving day - the manager even lent us her personal garage key. I preferred it to other apartments in the area because it doesnt have the same amenities - Im not actually going to use a rooftop pool more than 1 or 2x year so why pay for it? I also secretly like it that theres no front desk where you have to talk to people when you come in. Really glad I chose this part of town - its safe, clean, quiet, and nothing beats a 10 min walk to work. Convenient for Caltrain, 280/101 south, Bay Bridge to East Bay (for cheap food and entertainment!), Fidi, SFO. The apartments are new, all the fittings are is high spec (unlike other parts of town), with very high attention to detail. The one time I had a plumbing issue (sink disposal unit clogged/dried up because it had been an unoccupied display unit before us) - they called out a plumber who came the next day. One time I smelled a little bit of a cigarette smell in our corridor, I didnt even say anything, but the property manager was there the next day nicely asking us all about it and it was resolved straight away - these guys are on it! Compare this to another apartment complex a few blocks away we looked at where the carpet was stinky throughout the building from some awful cleaning product. I was a bit worried in general about living in an apartment because of noise from neighbors (there has been zero noise), and if other tenants have dogs, because my partner is allergic (also zero issues here, occasionally someone brings their dog in the elevator but they are so cute! And everything very clean so no allergy issues). Overall, Im really happy when I come home to our apartment :) Glad to be living here.

We dont live here. But we wanted to. Problem is, when we called in to ask about move in special, which they shamelessly advertise on their website (Please ask us about our move in special, says the banner), the guy (i think i heard John) on the leasing team was extremely rude, refused to give any information, and said to text him to fix an appointment. Why advertise something when you cant give information? If this is the guy I am dealing with, I dont want to live here. Prices are like a five star building, treatment of potential tenants is like a 1 star. Very disappointed. Would never move in, even if offered an entire year of free rent!!
