I love this apt complex. Its very quiet, and located aside the Albertsons parking lot with its own gate access. You can walk straight from the complex out a gate and youre at Albertsons front door! Its right next to the fire dept so I feel safe with my dad staying there. Beautiful walking trails and a nice garden area are also included. There always seems to be parking too.

I have lived here now for over a year and I find having many stores within a walking distance for anyone is very convenient.Access to freeways is a great blessing.And finally for those of us with health issues the County Fire department is across the street and the hospital is two miles away.

I was hesitant as they only had a one bedroom apartment but have been quite pleased with the location, the apartment and especially Charlotte. She made the difference. She was very efficient, returned every call, every email and always patient with all my questions.

Worst Apartment I ever lived in, Dogs Barking constantly, Neighbors yelling at each other, no parking, I moved into a apartment that was not up to my standards for cleanliness, Management is never around if you need something, would not recommend!!!!

No visitor parking! Threaten to tow your car away! Senior community with lots of younger people moving in. They should not be allowed to move in regardless if they have an elderly parent. WIFI at Community Center shut down.

Living at Sunnyside Senior Apartments is an experience. The community is part of Sunnyside and Sunnyside is part of a great community. Virtually everything is within walking distance! The post office, fire dept, and emergency medical services are literally across the street. Food shopping and the senior center are up the walk and thru the gate. The units themselves are well planned and create a true sense of neighborliness. The staff is friendly and professional, the grounds are full of mature trees, plants and flowers. The swimming pool is a great place to exercise and meet neighbors. My spouse and I enjoy visiting with our friends and neighbors at community events.

Never clean behind the trash cans from waste management, sidewalks are hard to use if your using a walker. The parking is ridiculous people with no current green tags on their cars ?

I have lived here for 4 years and I love it. If youre looking for an active senior living location this is the one.
