We absolutely Avalon San Dimas. Our community is very beautiful, clean and quiet. Dave in maintenance is very friendly and super professional. Any problems that we’ve ran into Avalon team has responded with the highest care. Hernan has been super helpful/kind for anything we need. We love this community. Would highly recommend. They truly have the best staff.

We’ve been living at Avalon San Dimas for almost a year and have had zero issues. Gym and pool are awesome amenities. Staff is polite and available when we need them. Hernan has been helpful with answering any questions. 10/10

We absolutely love it here and are glad to call it our home! The area is nice and quiet with nice amenities like a playground for kids or an indoor gym! Maintenance service is highly responsive and professional. David is outstanding and very helpful. We had an issue with our door and he came within minutes to help solve it! I work for Cintas and I service this location once a month. Ellie and Hernan are always so welcoming, upbeat and pleasant to talk to. They make my job so much easier and it’s one of the reasons I always end my day at their location, I want to finish on a high note and they never fail at making me smile. I moved to San Dimas Avalon 2 years ago and have enjoyed my stay ever since. Everyone has been friendly including everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance crew. My lease was up and I had planned on moving and had given my notice to vacate but then I couldnt find anything. Totally my fault. When I called the leasing office, Hernan Hernandez, told me he had already leased my apartment out. Ugh. However, he was able to find me another one similar to what I currently had. He made the whole process easy and smooth. We actually like the new apartment better than the old one. Thank you so much Hernan for all your assistance.

The service staff here is perfect. The rent of Avalon San Dimas is quite expensive, but as long as you move in here and enjoy the service here, you will find that the price is very suitable.

We are new residents and are generally pleased with the community. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are nice. We’ve had a couple small service orders, all of which have been handled promptly by David. He takes a great deal of pride in his job and represents Avalon’s brand very well.We understand it is a unique time to live in a shared community but we feel like the staff here is handling the challenges of it all very well.

I would like to address something that people rarely talk about which is the importance of service!! In these times of uncertainty and the unknown I would like to commend the customer service of the Avalon San Dimas lead by Veronica Hecker. She is a great asset to this private community and is always available when needed to help with whatever issue comes up. It is hard for everyone right now but great customer service is needed everywhere to help along with us as people getting thru this pandemic and into the future.

Great Apartment. I especially like maintenance here. If I submit a request through its website, maintenance manager, David, fixes everything same day or next day latest. Safe gated apartment and lots of guest parking too. Dog friendly!

The office manager Veronica responds to your request in a timely manner. The staff are friendly. You see them out taking care of the premises daily. Beautiful, modern-luxury styled apartments.

I like Avalon,this place is very clean and comfortable. VERONICA IS A WONDERFUL Person. She is always their to answer any questions that I have. and also helps me what I need. Great location right near downtown San Dimas. The complex presents extremely well. Friendly residents. Highly maintained grounds with friendly maintenance staff. Plenty of parking. The pool is always clean and fresh. Would be hard-pressed to find a better complex to live in. Great place!

I’m very happy with the transition to moving here. Veronica is always helpful in every step of the process, and it has been things so much easier. I also really like the lounge area and amenities offered here.

I have only lived at Avalon San Dimas for approximately 4 months and have not regretted my decision to pick this place as my home. It is clean and quiet and most especially, I feel safe. My unit is spacious enough for my family and the neighbors I have met are very nice. Some people might say the rent is a little high and yes it is, but the units are nice and up to date and the amenities they offer are great and for the quietness and safety, I dont mind paying the extra money. I would most certainly recommend living here to anyone.

Veronica Hecker in San Dimas is so amazing, very intelligent and professional. She is a real genuine people person. She’s very kind. Avalon should keep her for a long long time because she is a real asset of this company.

As the first resident here at Avalon San Dimas I just want to take the opportunity to say a few words about the staff. David the maintenance tech and JR the porter are always on top of maintaining the grounds. As well as David helping my wife carry her groceries to our third floor apt. They are always very prompt on answering to any maintenance request that we might have. And the leasing office Veronica and Yasmin are very friendly and knowledgeable answer all questions and are always very welcoming. I highly recommend this community to any one that is looking to lease an apt.

I love this place! The community is nice and homey it’s in a great neighborhood! The workers are always friendly and greet me with a smile! The clubhouse is just lovely I love the fireplace and the gym is 24hour! The only downside is that my dryer wasn’t drying and the microwave wasn’t working but they quickly fixed the issues!

I have lived at Avalon San Dimas since the building opened two years ago, I am extremely pleased that I chose this apartment complex. I would like to commend Veronica Heckler for always providing service with a smile. She is always responsive to my needs and goes above and beyond to make me feel at home here. I moved here as an empty nester and from the beginning, Veronica has made me feel very comfortable and at home. Whenever I call the office, Veronica is cheerful and has a very pleasant personality. Avalon San Dimas is the best in so many ways, from taking care of their residents to giving back to the community. This is my very first time living on my own and my very first apartment. My experience has been great, Veronica in the leasing office is always there for me even if its just the smallest questions or concerns, the maintenance is always kept up around the apartments, if ever I need help fixing something theres always someone there to help and I am very thankful to live in a place like this. I would highly recommend living here at the Avalon San Dimas apartments.

My Aunt and Uncle live at Avalon Bay in San Dimas, but unfortunately are not very savy with technology and leaving reviews, so I thought I would do it for them. I recently visited them while they were having a maintenance issue corrected and the prompt and friendly service they got from the maintenance guy Dave after hours was great! It left an impression on me since anytime I have called for maintenance where I live it certainly was not as quick and painless as what I saw at Avalon. Keep up the good work!

Veronica Hecker, has been a positive help to Myself in My relocation to the San Dimas area, and a great help in the municipalities in the area. Veronica has also been a great help in My insurance and set up with My auto transfer of funds with rent.

Dave the maintenance manager has always taken care of any issue that has come up not only the same day but typically within a few hours.Natasha in the front office has been extremely helpful when I decided to upgrade to a larger unit. She made the process go as smoothly as possible.

I am very happy living in Avalon San Dimas. Although it has been a tough Covid year and maintenance has been limited to emergencies only, David Smith has solved my issues promptly and efficiently.

The grounds are well-maintained, the pool is beautiful. The office and maintenance staff are top notch, any questions or maintenance problems that we have are answered and corrected right away.

Save your money.I mean, what can I say?Broken gates, never answer their phone or email, messy trash dumping area, its too much to list.When a resident have a messy balcony, they are quick at giving you notice and fine. But when they have a broken gate for weeks, nobody can fine them for this. How is this fair?We pay over 2k per months for security and there is no security guard that work here!Just look at how they only reply to positive reviews, its as if the negative ones do not even matter to them.

My Wife & I LOVE Avalon San Dimas, because of new career opportunities we had to leave & very sad to leave. The Staff are friendly, kind & very helpful especially Veronica!! The amenities are amazing & well kept. I definitely recommend Avalon San Dimas to everyone.

Really awesome community - from the leasing agent Veronica welcoming us, to daily life in a clean, comfortable, quiet community. Ive had good experiences with David, but the entire maintenance/grounds crew are professional, responsive, and always friendly and helpful. I had problems with my garage opener, Ramon had it fixed and back to me within the hour (while I took a swim).I was hesitant moving into such a large community, but I have absolutely no regrets! Im really enjoying my time/experience here. No complaints - truly grateful.Pros: 5-Star living, good neighbors, family-friendly, clean, love the pool/jacuzzi, gym, quiet family-friendly community.

My friend lived there. She just moved out. All I hear about this place is how the gates dont work, and they have one security guard for the entire place. Last night while I was helping her move out and the gates were not working a man was wandering back and forth near and around us and stole my phone from me and I had to run after him. No one heard me screaming and no security guard was around. We called the cops and he was some transient looking to see what he can steal. Now that I see how not secured this place is I know feel scared for others that come home late. I didnt see any cameras and it seems people can just come in as they please. So much for gates. Whats the point. It was a tramatic experience and Im sorry for the people that live there.

Wow, I googled the apartments to get their number since I didnt have it saved in my phone, and saw this review posted below and had to post a 5 start review to even out that 1 star! First, I hope people see that this community is rated over 4 stars to begin with, and that is the ONLY negative review given. Secondly, this place is great! Ive only been here since August, but from the beginning it has been an easy experience. Natasha in the front office, worked hard to get us into our place in just 2 days after I was disappointed in another community I had first chosen close by. We had a thorough walk through, and she showed us how to use the hi-tech door keys. In fact, she turned on every single light and faucet to make sure everything worked. David, the maintenance manager is amaaaazing. We had an issue with hot water taking forever to get hot, and he came everyday to check on the issue until it was fixed. Maintenance issues get taken care of promptly. Its always been quiet, and our neighbors have been nice people. There isnt a single apartment community that doesnt have gate issues, it happens, but the one here works more often than not.Please remember these are luxury apartments, so they are meant to be pricier, but definitely reasonable for the area, and also worth it. You get large square footage, a complete appliance package, full size washers and dryers, granite counter-tops, energy efficient lighting, parking garage, pool, park, bbq grills - just a lot of amenities!I do have to address the remark about office staff not being present during posted times - I have literally never had that issue. I used to drop by randomly to say hi or ask a question, and someone is always there. So theres that.Just come check out the place, youll understand why so many people enjoy living here.

EDIT: I have to update this post because our move out experience with the corporate billing offices has been a nightmare. Veronica is still amazing, and so is the maintenance, my problem is with the corporate offices. A long story short, we had a credit on our account after our lease has ended, and due to the corporate offices negligence and general disregard for tenants, we have lost that credit. Any time I have had to call the ironically named customer care center, it has been a NIGHTMARE. They are rude and have no interest in helping you solve your problem, and they do everything they can to suck every last dime out of you. Living there is great, as long as you dont have to call corporate. WORST CUSTOMER CARE CENTER EVER.OLD POST: We have lived here for 5 months now, and we have really enjoyed our time here. The complex is always very clean and well taken care of. The maintenance team is great, they always come in a timely manner, and the office team is super helpful and friendly. The shared amenities like the pool and grill areas have been so nice to use, and there are so many grills that you never have to worry about finding an open one. Also, the location of the apartment is really nice. Within walking distance is an Albertsons, Starbucks, the farmers market and restaurants in the old town. In the other direction, La Verne is only a 5 minute drive for more bars and restaurants. There are sidewalks all around which make walking really nice, something I appreciate with a small baby. All of the neighbors are really nice and respectful, we have never had noise problems or anything like that.

She is courteous, helpful, and very friendly. In my dealings with the complex, Veronica has always helped me bring a quick resolution to whatever the problem was. Just wanted to take the time to give Avalon San Dimas their proper due. The staff here like Veronica at the front desk always fashionable with a huge smile makes you feel cmfortable. Also Mark and his crew always running around taking care of the beautiful facility but still has time to answer questions regarding your concrns about anything. And you have no excuse to not work out cause you get free access to a state of the art gym. Im happy here as well as my boys, thanks Avalon...... : )

Not a place to call home..

I have been a resident with Avalon San Dimas Canyon for a year and a half and want to take a minute to give KUDOS to the WHOLE TEAM. They have made our experience a great one. My husband and I were hesitant on leasing (first time moving on our own) and we ended up at the eaves San Dimas Canyon which is also affiliated with the Avalons.Long story short we ended up moving to the Avalons a short time later/ Yasmin, Veronica, Mark and David are great with all they do, they are responsive and very proactive on resolving any concerns or issues we have had.Veronica is always great and friendly, she makes it very comfortable living here. Dave and Mark are very helpful, on top of every ticket I have made (not many just a few) they always ask me how things are. i look forward to along stay here with this community. I HIGHLY recommend Avalon San Dimas Canyon as a place to live. 5 stars!!

Good complex, clean apartments, but rental prices go up almost every second month. We rented 3 apartments in the complex for our company employees and stayed there 6 months. 2 days before moving out we asked the management to let us make a small 2-hour yard sale in front of the complex not bothering people and taking care of strangers not get into the complex. But the reply was NO. We had to carry all the good stuff to the trash container as soon as we did the dwellers of the complex, like trash rats, took everything away... And we saw many times since we had moved in good new stuff near the trash containers? Whats the idea? If the management doesnt let people nobody knows why arrange yard sales why not make a corner for the new stuff where people could bring smth they dont need any more and the ones who move in or need these could take it. Why should people throw away things and what is worse search in trash containers like rats for smth worth being used???The pet owners of the complex are instructed to clean after their pets but few of them do-one can see it walking in the complex in the mornings or late in the evening. I guess the management should be more strict about it.
