Good guys. Fixed window chip. Told me before you would still be able to see it but that it would not turn into a crack. You can still see it. But it is definitely better and I trust it will not crack. Tiny place. Been there forever. They are efficient and honest.

Manny and crew really work to make sure you are happy with the job. I purchased an FJ Cruiser from out of town and I found a couple chips on the winshield. This car has a tricky and expensive windshield to replace. The dealer and Manny coordinated this and all I did was take the car in and it was taken care of. Manny was upfront an honest about how to approach tThe estimated time was accurate despite being busy. When it was done it looked like new. You can hang out in the lounge or go to a nearby eatery in the College Area. Manny even offered to help me replace the whether strips on my cruiser. It really sucks when you have to go to these type of places, but its nice when you know people like Manny and his crew at West Coast Auto Glass treat you right and do quality work. I hope I dont have any more window issues, but if I do I will definately go back to WEST COAST AUTO GLASS!!!

It took them 3 days to get parts I already paid. Then the service man couldnt figure out why the window wouldnt go up and told me to come back next week Im busy???? He could tell I was upset, so he said just wait for the owner to get back hell be back soon. I waited an hour. he finally get there and just gives me a refund and told me to go somewhere else!

Have them change my truck’s rear glass. I never wash the truck so things looked good till first rain. I noticed water got into car body and drain channels. Then carpet got wet. Taught it was a bad door seal so took the car to Ford dealership for service. They did pressure testing to find out that the rear window is not properly sealed and leaking. Took the car back to them. Manny told me that NO it’s not window it’s the light seal. Really? Just like that? Without even look at the car he said it’s the light seal, no sir it’s not! Carpet is wet. That means the water gets in the car from the window. The pressure testing result shows that it’s the window and he didn’t want to fix it. Anyways. I asked my attorney to prepare a lawsuit not just for the window but for the rust and carpet and possible mold. They may have to buy me a new truck! He could just fix it and avoid all this.

So I experienced car vandalism on my Lexus. Tried to avoid paying my deducticle so someone referred me to West Coast Auto. First the worker that came to my home named Ruben was rude and not Customer friendly. He was rude to my neighbor because he had to move to let someone out their parking space. When Ruben was done there was still alot of glass and now the switch didnt work to roll my windows down. I called the owner Manny back to complain he assured me he would take care of it and send his worker back. Called the next day he said Ruben will be out today. Here it is another day I havent heard from anyone at WestCoast. As Ruben drove off from my complex he leaked out all the broken glass. I do not recommend them to no one. I wish I would have just paid my deducticle and took it to a Lexus dealer. Tryna be cheap. Manny is not a man of his word. Even if it got busy at work he was suppose to call and make other arrangements. I told him i would give him a good review if he came back and he never did. I wish i would have looked at the reviews before I let his worker touch my Lexus. Now I have to get my switch fixed to allow my windows to roll down. I may even file a lawsuit because this is bad business. Thanks for nothing Manning. I see all your horrible reviews and u should be ashamed. You live and u learn. This is unbelievable. Now I see why he told me he only took cash cause his card machine was not working.Damn Crook

Went to get a tiny chip in my windshield filled. The guy didnt say anything, just okay, and started trying to fill it then he cracked my whole windshield. After the fact he explained that its a 50/50 chance, he could have explained that first.. Then he tried to get me to buy a brand new windshield from him -_-

The person who came out to replace my windshield on April 9th tore the rubber that covers the hinges on each side of the hood to my vehicle. I drove to West Coast Auto Glass the following week so that the owner, Manny, could take a look at the damage himself. He said, Dont worry. Ill take care of it. He then had me take my car to Alex in the parts department at Ball Honda in National City so that Alex could look at the damaged part. Alex wasnt there so Bill took a look and said he could order it and that it would be here the following day. I hadnt heard back from Manny so I called him to find out the status. He said it was an expensive part and asked if Id be willing to help out. I told him that it wasnt my responsibility and once again he told me, Dont worry. Ill take care of it. Ive spoken with him three times since then to follow up and still nothing. Now, I cant even reach him by phone. Over the past couple of weeks, the people answering the phone (Ricardo and Jose) have been telling me that hes either going to be in after 1, after 4, or tomorrow. Ive left my name and number for him to call me back and I have not heard back from him. I will let you know the outcome.

I got my windows done there. The owner told me lifetime warranty on the tint. The tint turned purple and bubbled and faded. He told me since the person that did the tint no longer worked for him he could not honor it. What a rip off. Do not get your window tint by him. RIP OFF

DONT GO TO THESE GUYS!!!. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. They put up a tint that comes with a lifetime warranty in my car, but when the tint started bubbling up they act as though they had nothing to do with it. This is while theyre reading the lifetime warranty on the receipt with their business name on it (West Coast Auto Glass and Tint. est. since 1991)! Their excuse was that the person that put up the tint wasnt working there anymore, therefore the life time warranty was void. When asked to take the tint off they said OK but what they dont tell you is how they would do it, which is a way that would damage the defroster and your windows. then they offer to put up new tint job for an extra $100. People, I am not the type that writes reviews but trust me, do your research and youll fine that this place is bad business.

I contacted West Coast Auto Glass late on a Saturday for a windshield replacement on a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. Manny took the call and personally assisted me with booking the appointment for Monday morning. I made mention of a 149.95 windshield replacement coupon I had found in a free advertising publication and he said he would honor it.I wish to state my extreme satisfaction with their service. When I contacted Manny on Monday morning to confirm the appointment he informed me the windshield for the Crosstour was substantially higher than the one for the Accord, which he had initially found in his reference materials to quote the service. He told me he would still honor the coupon price and proceeded to confirm the appointment. He saved me over 100.00 dollars in comparison with all the other outfits I had contacted to get quotes. This was of great value to me since lease on the Crosstour was expiring in under a month, I did not have to spend a lot of money on a repair for a vehicle I would not own any longer.His techinician was polite and properly attired and he showed up right on time. He was courteous and his demeanor was excellent. He finished the job in under an hour.I would definitely recommend West Coast Auto Glass to anyone.
