Fraud/Scam/Dishonest & Untrustworthy. They quoted my husband last week $264 out the door for 4 new tires. I called to verify the quote yesterday before I arrived and they also quoted me $260. However when I went in to complete the invoicing it was $346. They said $20 additional for tax 60+ for balancing and an additional misc tire fee. Be careful they are ghetto as hell and will have tons of hidden fees. Incredibly dishonest and can not be trusted.

I went to Joes tires and I got horrible service! I told them over and over what brand of tire I wanted and they ended up putting a different tire . When I ask them to correct it they acthey acted like it was my fault and told me they can put my old tires on but theyre going to charge me 200 plus dollars to put my old tires back on. I left with the tires they gave me but very unsatisfied thats not how you do business and thats not how you provide customer service.

Brought our car in on a tow with a blown tire and one with low tread. We were in and out very quickly. They had larger sized tires in stock that we could not get from a chain tire store. They even helped the tow driver figure out how to get our car unloaded without messing up the tail pipes. They do encourage debit card or cash to get around the credit card fees that they get charged. Arco does the same thing so dont hate. They were bustimg their butts, bay after bay, during the time we were there. We will definitely be back.

Dishonest, rude and belligerent people. They were also rude to my 18 yr old daughter because she wanted to pay with CC instead, they kept trying to convince her to pay with cash because this way its cheaper for her as she doesnt have to pay tax. DISHONEST.

Avoid at all costs! I called him to switch out tires they gave me a price then when I arrived they changed the price on me. I still went with it because it was late and I needed to get this done the same day... the agreement was to do everything including balancing the tires.... well they told me that the tires don’t need balancing. When I drove the car it was obviously shaking due to balance issue. I took it back and then they said oh yeah let’s balance it but it will cost you an additional 30$!! Again changing agreement, then I agreed, the guy balances the front 2 tires and the machine told him the tires needed balancing (proving their first statement about tires don’t need balancing wrong).The guy then tells me the ones in the rear don’t affect the car so don’t worry they don’t need to be balanced; then again i drove it and it’s still shaking this time from the back. I took it back and told him the ones in the rear need balancing, one of his guys said that’s gonna cost an additional 30$. At this point I was upset and I told him exactly what he needed to hear that he’s been changing prices on me from the beginning and doing a horrible job keeping his word and even at being a professional.The other guys just say okay let’s balance the rear tires... so they do, and the car doesn’t vibrate anymore, couldn’t they have done that from the beginning without all the sloppy work? Definitely, did they chose to do so? No! Therefore avoid unless you want to make multiple trips and have to fight with the guys to get your job done right. AVOID!!!

I went to one of the big chain tire shops, and was told by an employee that while my tire could technically safely be repaired, it was against their policy to repair my tire given the location. They recommended I head to Joes.Joes Tire Shop was able to safely remove the nail from my tire, and patch it. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.The staff was friendly & funny. I had a great experience, and I will definitely be back.

Everything great, nothing bad to report, very fast, gave me a good cash discount, new valve stems AND a thick coat of Armour All applied to the sidewalls as icing on the cake.

My initial need was to repair a single flat tire. I first stopped at a popular tire repair and sales shop on Adams Ave at 32nd on a Saturday morning. I was told no one would repair my particular flat. Something to do with the tire being so old and worn out. Okay, so I asked how much to replace all 4 tires? About $500 and you can have them installed on Monday. I have to get my COVID vaccine on Sunday, what can you do for me? “Nothing today,” I was told. I drove away thinking let’s try and get the tire fixed at another location, and I can be vaccinated the next day.Enter Joe’s Tire Shop. I stopped by Joe’s to get a flat tire fixed. While there, I asked can you replace all 4 tires today, and what’s the cost? I received: “Yes, and $260.”Joe not only had my tire size in stock, but had two other options to choose from. I ended selecting the 2nd most expensive option and the total cost, with speed balancing, was $380.Joe was there when I needed them, and I’m sure they will have your back, too.

My fiance went there today to get our tire checked that keeps being flat. We had our tires changed at their shop just last year. They charged my fiance $20 just to check what was wrong and said we only need it cleaned from between the rim and tire. My fiance asked them to do it but they said they couldn’t since it’s difficult to do so. They charged $20 for just saying they couldn’t fix it.

Just purchased two front new tires less than a month ago One exploded on the freeway on my way to work driving 65 . I came back to talk to the owner he said it was not covered because they sell cheap tires but I paid 240. I went to get my tires and rims because they told me it would be like 950 with installation. I picked the rims and they installed them and when I went to pay they added like 300 for installation!!! Rip off.

I recently purchased a whole set of rims and tires for my 2005 armada. Let me just say that this is a hard working family. I actually heard about these guys back in my high school years and they definitely had tough prices to beat. Also the selection of rims displayed is very appealing, it will make you triple look at your options. Well with this new purchase I ended up getting a flat tire the very next morning. I decided to give them a call and see how they could help me out. Come to figure, Alfredo(guy on the phone) is already working on plan a-z to help me out. So he sends one of his workers to come replace the tire at my home with no additional cost. You guys are great and stay together as a family.

These dudes were a joke. I had a screw in my tire and stopped to get fixed, the worker was gonna do it for $20. I didnt have cash so I was gonna pay for it with debit card, but then the Manager came out and said that if I didnt have cash he couldnt do it. If I was gonna pay debit he was gonna charge me $50 and that I didnt want to pay that.... Then he had the audacity to say, take it to a tire shop down the street... They just lost a customer who was about to upgrade to a new set of wheels and tires...

I run a delivery service in town with 12+ vehicles, as such I deal with a lot of maintenance issues. I have used Joes tire shop 5 times to get new tires and patch work done. The last 2 times I was quoted a $50 price difference on having a nail patch done. How a price swings $50 on a patch job on identical cars and problems is indicative of a shady business.It’s not a one star because 3 of the 5 times I used Joe’s it was business as usual- the 4th and 5th time - no set price people were quoting me differently depending on who I Spoke with. I even showed him my previous receipt and asked him why there was a price difference, To which they replied well if you don’t like it go somewhere else.I will and my fleet of 12 vehicles have found Moreno break and tire. Patch job $10 just like at Joe’s the first time.

Decent price for the tires and then real quick

They messed up the tpms sensors on our jeep when we took it there to have new tires put on. The sensor broke off inside the tire and it started leaking air through the valve stem. Of course when I called to ask if they could fix it they said “we don’t fix tires, just sell new ones.” I’ll never go there again.

The good thing its a big place the terrible thing is that the owner will charge you 50 percent of everything you bring back to him terrible owner dude with anger problems so not professional dont recommend to anyone for tires or rims theirs a way to have a business and be professionals not at joes tire shop.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I had a nail in my tire, went here for a flat repair paid $20 for a rope plug it was still leaking the next day. Went back they wouldn’t give me my money back and tried telling me I need a new tire (complete lie it’s fixed now) the older lady is extremely rude also.

Got 4 new tires within months pieces of the tires were falling off. Defective. Went back for warranty and was totally denied. Would never ever buy tires there again plus employee was rude

Had a system and custom box put into my Tahoe last weekend, Ahmad was very nice over the phone and in person. I expressed that I needed to be able to access my 3rd row and place my stroller in the back without any issues. He asked if I could leave the stroller so they could make sure everything fit perfectly. It was more than what I expected and I am extremely happy with the work. Informative and very helpful. Did not feel rushed. Walked in asking questions everything was good good experience. They offer to order the rims if they did not have them. Decent prices of course ranging on what kind of tire and what size rims you wanted.

I research for this place because I worked closely. My regret is enormous and I have decided to alert the next ones and I hope at least that the responsible ones read.I tried to align my car, so when they arrived they said they would have to go to the side address, because the alignment machine was not there. I went to the place next door, arriving there a very poor and attentive and unprepared boy said that I should change only one tire and solve the problem. sold me a tire and would not want to do the alignment. after insisting was that he did the alignment. In the end I paid a tire and an alignment. The next day I noticed that the cars trepidation continued and gradually increased with the passage of four days. I went back there and one lady told me that I would have to buy two more tires to end the problem. Concerning to buy pieces I do not question, however the diagnostics are doubtful. I went to Midas Cold Road I spent more than double the amount that I would pay in this place of doubtful and inaccurate reports, but it leaves very satisfied, well attended and the problem solved in two hours.

Affordable, but kind of dinghy and sloppy.

Very disappointing, been coming here for a while and today I came to get my tire check for an air leak and all they did was run their hand around the tire without even taking it off and put air and charged me. Really!! Running your hand is something anyone can do and adding air you get that for free at the gas station. If you come to a tire place for a leak I was expecting the tire to be off the car and fully inspected. Never again will I get my tires inspected by them.

These guys are reall something else. If you want to overpay for a bad job, you found the place to waste your money.

Shady bunch. Take away the equipment and its like being in County. With kids in the area, these guys were cursing up a storm. Pretty sure that doing time is a prerequisite to work in this place.Bait and switch operation. Tell you its $15 to mount per tire, then hit you up for another $10 per for disposal, etc. Bring your own tires and theyll tell you the BS line that they could have got them for cheaper. Total BS (I do my research). I guess they think everyone is an idiot.Then it was like pulling teeth to get a receipt. All they were worried about was that they only took cash and absolutely no warranties/guarantees of any kind. Had to have a long protacted discussion with the guy before he finally gave up and gave me a receipt.They did a quick job and it seems that it was done right, so they get an extra star for that. But this place is a one and done. Next time Ill go to Discount Tire for the install. They charge $125 + tax, but at least its reputable chain and not a place out of central casting for OZ.

I purchased 4 new tires and they used my old valve stems. Drove home and tire was flat, went to Marina Automotive and played 35 dollars for new stem, drove back to Joes and demanded they paid for the inconvenience

Fast service and reasonable prices make this place a good bet for a quick tire change. Plus they open later than most tire shops. They seem to prefer cash here, but will accept credit cards although you might have to wait for the person who knows how to run credit cards to get to the counter before you can pay.

Sketchy a** place. Got quoted one thing on a Wednesday not even a special day. I come in on Thursday next day and they say oh that is long gone, exact words. I get him to say yes on price originally quoted and then says but no receipt??? Then goes to say it’s extra for the receipt. Soon as he started BARGAINING for a receipt I knew this is was not the place to do business at. Unprofessional and sketchy.

Im a DIYer but I cant swap an old tire with a new tire onto the steel tire hub, I just dont have the proper machinery or know-how. Thats where Joes Tire Shop comes in, I bring them the tires, old and new, they do the rest. Yeah, they wont offer a warm drink or a climate controlled waiting room, but theyll get the job done for a fraction of the price as those other places. Ive been there a handful of times, no complaints, only praise at their hard work and if theyre not too busy, theyll get it done in no time. Last time I was shocked it only took a few minutes for two tires including calibration. Good deal. Great workers.

I absolutely love Joes. Ive been going to his shop since 2007 and have had nothing but THE BEST service! Ive had tires and rims mess up and crack and theyve had them welded and even traded broke rims for a set of their own for $200.00! I am from the East Coast and I wouldnt trust anyone else wroth my cars, EXCEPT THIS SHOP! Good BUSINESS!

Got a nail on my tire. Came to this tire shop to get it fixed from a referral from my father. They were polite and fixed it, but when I got home I see my rim scratched from the tire that was fixed with the nail. Went back to complain and the worker that was hitting on me and helped fix the tire said it a curb scratch. I got this car 2 weeks ago, couldnt possibly be a curb scratch since Ive been extremely careful. Spoke to the owner and he started yelling at my and even spit on me while he was yelling at me and my father. Will definitely not be going back or refer anybody here.

LIERS!! They give you a price outside and when you go inside to pay while they are changing the tires they increase the price and very rudely tell you that the people working outside don’t know the prices. I bought all 5 new tires with rims with them but do not recommend them at all from 850 I ended up paying 1200.

Bought mud-terrains for my truck all brand new, they were all good except for one, they dont honor warranty AT ALL.You can get a decent good deal here if youre going for specific tires but hope that there tire is not defective at all! Sold me the the replacement aata discount price and then brought me a left tire for my right side so the white lettering facing out and said they couldnt take it back. Amazing dont recommend it other than the fact you can get tires finanaced, its good for those who need it
