I was referred to Mario and his company by a friend.I had a roof leak that caused a lot of damage to my kitchen ceiling. Not only did he come and give me an estimate on my ceiling timely, he gave me a referral to a roof contractor to help me with my roof leak.Once he took a look at my ceiling, he gave me my estimate, I gave him the go ahead and he set his crew up to fix the damage, soon thereafter. We had a pressured water leak in a hot water pipe in the wall of our kitchen pantry. After our plumber stopped the leak, he recommended Mario at EZ Dry for the water mitigation & restoration process. Where to begin... I had a pressurized leak coming from the T&P Valve of a 40 gallon water heater in the utility closet of one of my rental units. Unfortunately, my tenant didnt notice for about a week and there was water damage in two different rooms that shared a wall with this closet. Mario was extremely helpful, professional, and communicative during a stressful time. If you can believe it, we had 2 major water issues within 1 year that required a major kitchen remodel (new cabinets built, granite removed and reinstalled, and backsplash re done). We discovered mold in our closet as a result of a leak in our roof. They came quickly, gave a fair estimate and warned us that we might end up higher than the estimate if things looked worse when they opened up the wall. The April rains cause multiple leaks in our home and significant damage. I had a leaking shower that ended up causing water damage to the floors, walls that included mold. Mario came by on the same day, took a moisture reading and let us know that because the water damage was in a small area, we could actually DIY the dry-out at a fraction of the cost.
