5K and 3 weeks later, I still have a leak and no drywall.No clear communication whatsoever.I am very disappointed. We had a leak issue from an upstairs unit into our garage. The initial process was quick, they promised a lot of things and that they are the “one stop shop.” I completely understand you have more than one teams handling different portion of the whole process, but I never knew who was in charged of our contract. After the initial process of demolition and drying, we didn’t get an update. A few days later we had to reach out and kept getting passed on to different “team.” We only got a call back so they could charge our card on file for what they have done so far. ***They will not send in a different team for the next step unless you pay first***Fine, 5k. Just get it done. We were very understanding and you guys were lucky that we gave you the complete trust to finish the job, but we were so wrong to trust you. 2 weeks later, had to call again to get an update, they sent a few people here and there to check if it’s dry, to evaluate, and the get the quote. We approved the quote right away and a few days later someone showed up to put up the dry wall.IT. WAS. STILL. LEAKING. Now we are furious. No one wanted to take the responsibility and that was the most frustrating part. They said it’s a different leak, but it’s funny how that different leak is literally coming out of the same spot. And apparently we were supposed to get a plumber separately to fix that. Shouldn’t you have told us long before? What were you guys doing for 3 weeks??It was very UNPROFESSIONAL. We decided to completely stop all pending process. Nothing more. Whatever was left unfinished, you will not touch it. Not a cent will go to you after that 5k. We hired someone else to finished the job because you guys failed to communicate and dragged this out for 3 weeks while getting paid.Everything went through our HOA so they are very well aware of the situation. Our complex will no longer be using your service.For future customers, if you need proofs, pictures, invoice, time stamp, let me know. Because this was not made up.

Every Property Manager can agree, unplanned floods are a stressful ordeal, especially when the flood it is coming from an overflowing urinal and into a tenant suite. I called SERPRO Sorrento Valley and they were there within the hour. They sterilized the area, cut the carpet out, cut the drywall out. Within the week they came back and repaired the area. Not only did they do a great job, but the techs were great with my tenant. Highly recommend.

I was in dire need to have someone come to my house as my garage was completely flooded by a leak upstairs. They were at my house within the hour, moved everything out of my garage and cleaned up the mess, all while I was out of town. I highly recommend them to anyone.
