Definitely was not a fan of this place! I mean who’s a fan of any towing company tho right? But this one in particular just had a shady feel to it. Taking cars with no valid sign in front of the parking spot. Not a very professional place and lack of empathy and communication skills and others.

Thief. Lied to my son about when he received his stolen vehicle. Held it hostage and threatened to put a lien on it. Total bully and crook. Wouldn’t listen to reason and logic.My son’s car was stolen on a Thursday. PAC Tow says they towed the car to their lot two Saturdays later. The Police informed my son the following Tuesday that his car was at Pac Tow. My son couldn’t come until Friday to pick up the car and was fully prepared to pay for storage from Tuesday- Friday. The bully at PAC Tow insisted my son pay $558 which included the tow cost and storage for an entire week. He could not and would not provide proof that he towed the car on Saturday and contacted the police on Saturday. Why should anyone have to pay for towing and storage prior to even knowing where their car is. It was stolen and the police didn’t even get a hold of him until Tuesday. Very frustrating. Especially since it wasn’t his fault. The reason he couldn’t get the car until Friday was he had to wait until pay day to have enough money to pay the “ransom.”
