Professional repair staff. Provide honest advice. I thought the motor needed replaced but repairmen said it was good. He was able to fix the problem with a cheaper repair. Andrew is very responsive if you have questions or concerns.

Its extremely difficult to find a company to work on your automatic pool cover. I called numerous companies and no one wanted any part of it. I guess we are lucky that the only company I could find that actually works on these things did such a great job. They showed up when they said they would, they fixed my problem, and gave me an estimate to fix the long range problems. The estimate was in my email within an hour of the technician leaving.

Poolsafe is an excellent company to work with. All the people that I spoke to on the phone are nice and helpful. I ordered a replacement cover and it came faster than expected and the installers were great. They were quick and and installed the pool cover perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to install or replace your pool cover.

I am a Family Practice physician with prior ER experience, so, for safety reasons, I initial declined to build a pool at my home— until I discovered PoolSafe 25 years ago. I have a rectangular pool and an automatic open/close cover which has helped keep my pool warmer, cleaner, definitely safer and it has greatly reduced water evaporation and the use of chemicals. The service has always been excellent . Life expectancy for the cover is about 5 -6 years.

We were very pleased with the service-- professional, prompt, skilled. I was dismayed at the cost, its so expensive, but all charges are discussed up-front and in detail; zero surprises. It wasnt THEIR fault the tree rats got into the mechanism and chewed our cords to pieces-- Im grateful Poolsafe figured it out quickly and got us up and running with our cover before grandkids arrived for two weeks!

Apparently, this company hires aggressive drivers, because one of them almost ran me off of the 8E, and into a median. He intentionally sped up when I had the right of way on a merge. My 5yr old was terrified.

Pullsafe installed our fence to our exact specifications and we were very professional. Ensured cleanup after they were done. This has truly been the worst experience I can recall ever from a company, especially with Andrew Purcell. I ordered a motorized pool cover system in June of last year. They came out to install and ended up breaking a bunch of my pool tiling and coping, only to find out they ordered the wrong size cover. I had to wait almost 2 months for a new cover to arrive. The day they installed I noticed a rip in the corner of the cover, thankfully I took dated pics of it. I figured I would just let the issue go hoping it wouldnt turn into a larger issue. Well it did and within 1 month the tear got larger and my cover would no longer open or close creating a huge safety issue for my 1yr old daughter. Andrew then refused to come out and install a new cover, saying that the existing tracks I had would need to be replaced and that it would be an extra $2k in costs from their original quote. Mind you the whole reason I chose to go with Poolsafe was because they came out and told me that I had some existing aspects of the motorized cover system that I wouldnt need to replace including the tracks which would keep my costs down a bit. After numerous unprofessional encounters with Andrew including screaming at me on the phone, he finally agreed to upgrade the tracks in lieu of all my costs to get my pool coping and tiling repaired. I now had a shift pin that snapped off the new motor and called to get serviced under warranty. Andrew refused to warranty the repair, despite the sales rep telling me I had a 5 year warranty, their office manager saying its 1year (which this would be inside of), their website saying mechanical components have a 10 year warranty, and not having a single quote or invoice stating any information about their warranties and what is or isnt covered. Andrew proceeded to tell me theres 5 warranties and theyre clearly defined. I just need to google them and figure it out. When I realized that despite the absolute hell that Ive been through with this company, they still arent going to honor their work I tried to just move forward with scheduling the service and paying them to be done. Andrew tells me hes removed my scheduled service from the calendar and to find someone else. Ive never experienced such a lack of professionalism and accountability by a company, especially from a manager that raises his voice at a consumer and tries to belittle them over the phone. Please think twice before using a company that wont stand behind their work or try and do the right thing for their customers.

Poolsafe replaced our cover/ropes and aligned the original parts. They returned a few weeks later to adjust the ropes. Our local tech, Brent Ebert was excellent.

I already have a fence and bought another one to set limits for my kids on my own yard, so I first scheduled them to come drill more holes last week, the appointment was at 9am, at 10am no one came and I called the office and they said he would then come at 10:30ish, he came at 10:45just to look at what needed to be done, he laugh and said he needs to come back another day, maybe 2 weeks as he was very busy.I went into detail to say where I wanted the two new gates plus the fences, this was small, maybe 20 feet to be installed, one to limit my kids into my parents yard and the other to limit my dog, he installed the first one with a gate, and when I noticed that he was adding the second one, just a fence with no gate (mind that I bought the gate and the gate was sitting right there) he said that he didnt pan to install the gate, just the fence and I would open the fence manually.Really?If he does not know what to do, he should ask maybe? I mentioned again, but I bought the gate and I want the gate up.How can I put my 120pounds dog in a space with no gate? Lifting him? Or how can I pass my kids? throwing them to the other side?I am so disappointed with the BAD customer service I am getting!I asked him to leave my house and politely asked him to call management, and he again gave me a huge laugh, said he is the only one that works on Saturday, everyone else is relaxing. This is beyond what I have ever experienced in my life, being a mom with two kids, this person humiliated me inside my own home, he had no respect for women, for customers. To end this awful experience, when I paid, as I was writing the check, I asked, checks payable to pool safe or pool safe inc he said, why dont you put my name on the check?Really? I am done! I have emailed the company contacts I had, called and left voicemails, no response. Look for a company that will respect and do the job you ask for, dont waste your time with pool safe.
