Went in for help on how to keep my kids 250 gal pool clean. There was a knowledgeable gentleman who told me a simple and cheap solution. Customer Service is not important here, but they do have all the quality pool products & are knowledgeable. However, the location in Poway has the same quality products, knowledgeable staff, AND great customer service. Go there instead. Usually when youre dealing with pool stuff, youre already frustrated or disappointed with the pool not working, chemicals acting funny, etc. So when you come here & get the horrible service, its not a good mix.

11:10 a.m. March 27th 2021 Leslies Pool supply on Mira Mesa boulevard helped out by a lady probably in her mid 30s. She was extremely helpful and I could recommend this pool supply store to anyone looking to take care of there pool!

Went there looking for a pump for an inflatable kayak. Ended up purchasing it. Worked great but not what I wanted. I went back to return it and it was easy, quick, and the manager was super friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for pool supplies/services.

The guy there today was a total tool!I call up asking what is the cheapest pool vacuum they have in stock, he starts to rattle Rolf prices of $399, knowing this information he is giving me is incorrect I ask again, sir what is the cheapest pool vacuum you have in stock.......$68 sir.Perfect, I will be down before you close to pick one up. Ok, see you soon.I turn up 1 minutes before close and he tells me that they only have one in stock for $199, I ask why he told me he said they have them in stock, he was talking about another branch!!!Make sure you are 100% speaking to someone who knows what they are talking about, this guy was a waste of fresh air!
