Excellent communication, a strong commitment to keeping customers happy, and very reliable. Also, they maintain the chemical balance in our pool so well that there is never any chlorine smell nor irritated eyes. Andre does not tolerate incompetence at any level in his work force. If an employee is not providing customers with the level of top-notch service Andre requires, that employee will not be around long. Weve had the same technician servicing our pool for quite some time and he does an excellent job, always on time, is very knowledgable, is clean, polite, and answers any questions we may have. By far the best pool service we have ever had. They always show up, they do a thorough job and provide photos and a report each week. Andre, the owner, gives personal attention where needed and he is very knowledgeable about how things work. I highly recommend them.

AH Pools is the best! Andre and his team are reliable, professional and respond quickly to any problem. They have been servicing our pool for the last 6 years. It gets a lot of leaves in it and is not easy to keep clean. Also, I must admit that we are pretty demanding. These guys never complain and always get the job done. Plus, the dog loves them!

We have had our pool for almost 2 years. AH Pools helped with the initial set up of our new pool and after the company who built it went bankrupt and could no longer be reached, AH Pools came to the rescue.!Any problems we have had have been addressed and taken care of them in a timely manner.We have young children and are very particular with the water and chemicals that are in our salt water pool. Good service

DO NOT USE THEM!! They are bad people. We needed a new pump and I was asking questions about which ones, why are theirs so expensive...etc...they did not like my questions, got angry with me and told me they were discontinuing service and to get a new company. Worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with.
