My car was ordered in advanced for pick for November 27,2020 . (Friday) This company did not call, or text that they would not show( basically no call or show) at a job the person would be either Fire”!!!I had to call the company on The next business day Monday the day I was to leave for a flight out of state!Thought that was bad, on Monday dispatcher had no clue other than tell me my driver bailed ! Not my problem!!!!I had to drive 20 miles to drop this car off at a safe location to be picked up. Dispatcher apologized and found a driver for the following Wednesday.The saga continues! The car arrives expecting cash on delivery $750.00 after I made a deposit of $200.00 not agreed on. We were told $200.00 down. $650.00 on arrival . When I argued the amount the driver wanted to take the car back!Auto line you owe me $100.00 and I want it or. I’ll see you in court! I have my copy of the quote and agreement.Quote ID# 8081It’s the principle!!PS. You lost a customer I have another vehicle that needs shipping! Absolutely not!! I called several other auto transport companies but This one gave me the best rate to transport my car from San Diego to San Jose. It was a no brainer. Christina was awesome and sent their driver the next day to my door. I was really surprised at how easy it was. My car was picked up early Monday morning and delivered in San Jose the next day. My only complaint is that the delivery was late at night and my mother who was in San Jose had a hard time inspecting the car because it was too dark to see everything. Nonetheless, she looked over the car the next day and everything was fine. Thank you for the fast and seamless experience.

I placed an order on 9/2/2016 and requested a pick up date of 9/14/2016. I called to check on my order and was informed that they had not found a truck yet but was told it would be picked up by Friday. I called again Friday and was told that they could have had a truck pick it up but told the driver no because it would have been an extra $100. If they would have bothered to contact me I would have been fine with the extra charge. I have called and emailed several times with no call backs. The business hours are listed on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-2pm but no one answers or returns my calls. As of today my truck has not been picked up and I have no idea what is going on due to no call backs. I was also informed that it could be expedited and picked up for a larger fee which makes no sense. That basically tells me that they could pick it up they just dont want to work that hard unless I pay more money. My truck being picked up is a specific truck a Ford Raptor which is larger but I believe that having 12 days prior to my requested pick up date is plenty of time to have found the correct pickup vehicle. I was informed that my requested pickup date does not go off my date of which my order was placed. Terrible experience and my truck is still not being picked up. I highly advise to use a different company and avoid the lack of communication and customer service here.

Smooth as Silk! Christina was v. prompt with the quote and related communication. Except for scheduling change, pick up of my car was smooth. The best part was the driver was always available by phone making communication excellent. Drop off went very smoothly and on time. The price was very competitive. Cant ask for more. It was like magic, and the car was in Virginia in 3 days!!!

My vehicle was shipped very fast and Id like to credit the Christina Hunt for her relentless persistence to find a driver that would meet be able to deliver my vehicle in 5 days going from San Diego to Miami FL. I needed my car ASAP and thanks to Christina it was delivered one day before I started my new job. I had previously hired RoadRunner Auto Transport who left me in the dark and didnt pick up my car when it was suppose to. For three whole days I was trying to reach them via phone calls and emails with absolutely no replies and finally had to cancel. Do yourself a favor and book with Autoline. Many would have simply given up, but I am very thankful for their professional and fast services.

I never thought I would be rating a auto transport company 5 stars, but they really went above and beyond. All companies should be run like this. I chose them was in part because of their great reviews, but primarily because their quote was the best rate I could find to transport my car from Chicago to Los Angeles. I was emailed the quote, and I liked that their website clearly outlined all of their policies. When I called to confirm the price with a live person, I was able to go over all my concerns with Heidi. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.I was given a estimated time of arrival, and was told my car could arrive 1-2 days earlier or later than the ETA. Transport itself took longer than I had anticipated, but I cant really hold that against them. Despite the late delivery, the driver was friendly, professional and communicated with me through texts during the trip. He even texted me a picture of my car on his trailer.When I was concerned about the delay and couldnt get a hold of the driver, Heidi responded immediately and was incredibly proactive in making sure the driver contacted me to give me an update. Im really happy to had chosen Autoline, because not only did I end up saving money, but also received great service. Autoline has given me faith that there are good auto transport companies out there.

Christina was awesome. She always returned my calls or emails and went above and beyond to make sure that my sons car was transported safely from his college back home. I was very nervous because I had read some bad reviews about transporting cars but Christina made me feel at ease. She worked hard to our car picked up exactly when we needed it, and for a great price too. The driver was very prompt in both picking up the car and delivering the car the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially if you have never done this before.

Very satisfied.I needed a car shipped across the country and received the best auto shipping quote from Autoline. The customer service rep was very helpful in getting me the information I need to secure a safe transaction. Sometimes having the best quote doesnt matter to me, but rather having the fastest and friendliest service. In this case I lucked out by receiving both great price and great service and would definitely recommend it if I were to use them again.

Keep away from this company. Christina locked a rate and had me pay the $100 deposit. She promised me the car will be picked up the next day and that shell email me soon the carrier info and phone #. After that she was unreachable by phone and since she couldnt secure a carrier for the agreed upon price she just didnt call me back. I had to call a real broker and pay a little more but I got a better service. Also note that she is unreachable on Fridays and the weekends at all. Call a REAL BROKER that is honest and has the decency to call you back and tell you that they couldnt provide the service they promised. This would have been the right thing to do.

This is a real review. A lot of those GOOD reviews are fake. If you are thinking about using this company to transport your car, DONT!!!! BIG mistake!!! My wife and I put down $400 deposit to ship our 2 cars from upstate NY to WA 1 month before our shipping date (12/22/2018). Our cars were still in my in-laws driveway until 1/14/2019. This company will NEVER call you back themselves to let you know that they CANT make the delivery. They just took our money without giving us a real answer about when the cars will be picked up. Every time we called we get this HEIDI girl and never Christina. I dont even know if this is a real company. It sure is fishy. In the end my husband and I went to another company after 1 month of calling without getting anywhere. Ohhhhhh and the best part is they will SCREEN your calls as well if they dont want to talk to you. We have to call them from different phones every time. TODAY is 1/27/2019 and we still havent got our deposit back!! They are dishonest and irresponsible people/business. Dont trust them with your cars. This experience is a nightmare!!!!!!! I had a great experience with Autoline Transport. After extensive research to find a reliable auto transport company, I finally pulled the trigger with Heidi. Having an A+ rating with BBB, 5 Stars on here and on other sites, I gave them my business to transport my car from Houston to San Diego. I paid a deposit of $200 at the initial booking, and $600 at delivery. The driver was very friendly, careful, and prompt with the delivery. My car arrived in good condition when I received it. Heidi was very patient and honest with me from start to finish, and they were quick to setup the entire transport with a great driver. I will be recommending Autoline Transport to anyone who wants to ship a car from Texas to California.

Christina Hunt was very nice and helpful before I paid the upfront $200 that i never got back !After my payment everything went down the road, no phone call returned, the pickup dates went by, nobody ever showed up. I had t call 100 times to get someone at Autoline Transport, I was told don;t worry they will call you tomorrow morning ... 2 weeks after the scheduled pickup date a guy finally called me :) I already had hired another company to move my car to New Orleans. This company is a total scam, beware !

Very fast and flexible. I got my car in less than one week from Florida to California. The driver was very trustworthy and accommodating. Customer service agents (especially Christina) were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very impressed and happy with the service and I would recommend them.

Shipped my 2010 BMW X5.Heidi was professional, personable, and very reasonably priced to transport from San Diego to Orlando. She answered my call immediately and quoted me a flat rate for the service. She also kept me posted on his status as the driver was assigned, and pickup scheduled. The driver showed up on time and was very friendly. Delivery was one day late, but that is understandable since the dates Heidi gave me were estimated.I hope I dont need my car transported very often, but whenever I do, Ill call Heidi.

Let me preface this by saying that almost all auto transport companies are terrible. All they do is bid on privately owned trucks passing through the area, take their cut, and set you up with the truck. I’ve had good and bad experiences, unfortunately the best company I used is out of business.Last year I used autoline and was super happy. There was no hurry to ship my vehicle so we had time to play with different bids. It all went great and I got my truck shipped for a good deal.Based on this I recommended autoline to my sister. She had a totally different experience. Multiple deadlines missed, things supposedly “escalated to management” without resolution. This after she had already moved and was relying on a neighbor to meet the shippers. Eventually she canceled and went with another company that shipped two days later.I would have given them 5 stars based on my experience but then they burned my sister so I feel like 2 stars is being nice.

Horrible, dishonest and unprofessional company…Please do yourself a favor and stay away from AutoLine. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews prior to give a $200 deposit to Heidi Hill. They are very pleasant at first and will call you back until they have your money. Eighteen (18) days after placing the order, car had still not been picked up…. Heidi Hill will not return any emails or phone calls. I had to call AutoLine as if I was requesting a new quote to speak to someone. When I cancelled the order, Heidi Hill said that I will get a full refund since they were unable to find a carrier (my car was never picked up by a driver because of the low price they offered to transport - Heidi said that it was because of the holidays and so on; mind you, car got picked up next day by a new company without any issues). The same day I cancelled, Heidi called back and said that she could have my car picked up next day for an additional $400. As somebody else mentioned, they try to hold on to your deposit even though they have not transported your vehicle. Had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Just a nightmare of a company to do business with…….

What great service.I placed my order to transport my car from San Diego to Houston, and was assigned a driver within minutes. He showed up to pickup the car the next day was delivered it to Houston 3 days later. Seriously, for $625 this was so much easier and way faster than driving it myself.

I shopped around a bit and got e-mail after e-mail from different companies with rates ranging from $900 to $1200. I decided that Autoline Transport would be my best option since their rate was the cheapest (even though I was a bit skeptical). Their company also had the best online reviews, and a great rating with the BBB. The carrier that they selected for me provided excellent service. I was given a timeframe from pickup and delivery, and my driver had called me numerous times to update me about the whereabouts of my vehicle, and again the day before the delivery. He was very kind and professional. My car arrived without a flaw. I recommended Autoline - cheap, fast, and excellent service.

Christina was wonderful to work with. She continued to check in with me about my need for Autoline’s service but not in an annoying or harassing manner. Her ability to immediately price match what a competitor had quoted and reduce the price by an additional $20 was great too. The driver, Robert, called me to let me know he was on his way and about how long it would take him. He quoted 30 minutes, he was there in 30 minutes. He showed me his identification (without having to ask), went over the paperwork the process was complete in less than 5 minutes. He was thorough, professional, and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Autoline to family, friends, and co-workers any time.

I left a deposit for shipping my car and last minute decided not to use them because they were taking to long to ship the car.Now I’m trying to get my refund back and no one will get back to me. They are giving me the run around and will not refund the money. I keep speaking to Heidi and i cannot get ahold of Christina so at this point I don’t know if Christina is even a person. I’ve tried to be civil but after 3 months I’m annoyed. I placed my order in the beginning of January and it’s now March 18, 2019 and still nothing. I don’t recommend them at all

This company is 100 percent FAKE!!!!!!! I will report them to BBB. Please please dont use them . Christina Hunt is the lady who dealt with me. Gave me the best quote to transport my car from Texas to Washington state. She called me after hours to take the deposit in my CC. Once I paid, I never heard back from her. She had promised me 3 days max pick up and 4-6 days drop off. She never returned my phone call and left us completely stranded after taking my money. Off course I will call my credit card company to charge fraud against this company. There is no way you can talk to anyone in this company once you pay your initial deposit. I think the good review in their website are also fake just like Christina Hunt. I have all the text exchange with Christina that I will post in this once I share those with BBB.

My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up last Thursday. When vehicle was still not picked up on following day (Friday), I called to cancel the order. Christina called me back and she promised my car will be picked up Monday. Monday 3 PM, my car was still not picked up and not a phone call. Called Christina, the phone was off. Called the office, the old lady who picked up the phone said she did not see anything scheduled for my car. I told her cancel my order, but she said she gotta go and just hung up. I had to call the fraud department of my credit card company to get my money back. Dont be fooled by fake reviews. Listen to mine and other negative reviews and stay away from these shady scammers!

I had problems with another company that I hired for a lower rate, but they could not find any driver after two weeks. This was extremely stressful because my move was coming up and I couldnt wait any longer. I had to ship my car before I left. Fortunately, I contacted Christina Hunt and she found me a driver within 1 day. It was $150 more expensive but I didnt have to worry about leaving my car behind. My car was picked up as promised and delivered 4 days later from Seattle, WA to Mesa, AZ. It was a pleasure working with Christina and I will be calling her again the return trip in a few years.

I have been Calling and leaving voicemails to get my refund but Christine does not answer the phone or return calls anymore, DO NOT use this company if you are shipping out of state.

On June 29th Heidi Hill processed a payment for $1285 after accidently onlu charging us $12 athus making us have to call into our credit card company to approve her 2nd charge since she was so incompetent the first time. On top of that when I told her we would be paying in full with American Express credit card all she could do was suck her teeth and tell me how the shipper did not want to be paid by them through credit. Thank goodness we did because by the time we received our vehicle in Greensboro, NC the shipper advised us Autoline transport had not paid for our vehicle. In order to get our vehicle released by the company shipping we had to pay an additional $1100!!!! Heidi Hill was dishonest with not only us but also with the company shippping our vehicle by saying that we would owe them a COD of $1000+. after hour service is poor, they told us on friday night that we had to wait to hear from them until Monday. I have called and email multiple times today and have not heard from anyone. DO NOT USE AUTOLINE! There are so many other companies out there-they are just a broker and have a history of non payment in the past told to us by the shipper. Do not give them your business!

I paid on 5/17 for a pickup on the 26 or 27On the 25th nobody called me I called them they said the driver will call on the 26th in the morning26th at night nobody called or showed up, I called again I was told everything is fine the driver will call on the 27th and pick up the car the same dayAfter 20 calls on the 27th Christina Hunt told me they will pick up the car during the weekend .. On Monday 2pm as nobody showed up We had to leave to move to our new place.My wife drove 1000 mile with a 2 week old baby and a 9 year old because Autoline Transport did not pick up our car. We were supposed to drive all together in one car but Autoline Transports and Christina Hunt did not do their job. I was charged $200 that I havent gotten back (3 weeks later) and of course we had an exhasuting move thanks to the horrible service (or should I say lack of) by Autoline Transport.I recommend not to use their service especially if you have kids or a long drive to go they will definitely let you down.

Such a wonderful experience. I did my homework since i was making such a big trip from CA to CT. I was nervous since my car was brand spanking new and worked my butt off to get it and now had to trust people I hadnt met to get it to me across the nation safley. Well they did it and they did it GREAT! So professional, from Heidi, to the guys, to the customer sercvice and my car coming home to me in perfect condition. Only cost me about $975 which was so fair considering everyone else wanted to charge me hundreds more. They also got it to me in the promised 8 days! They were reassuring in this nervous time for me and so professional. Id love to use them again if i could and Id reccomend them to anyone who needs to even move across the state. Do not use this company.They contracted with me to pick up my car July 31 and delivery to me between 8/3 & 8/5. They piclef up the car on 8/3. 4 days late! I did not receive my car until 8/10. 5 days late! They are very unreliable and if it had not been for my constant prodding Im sure they would have not taken any action to complete the delievery.Worse than their very substandard performance was the BAIT & SWITCH they pulled on me. My contract was for $800. After I was out of town they informed me that the delivery would cost an additional $175. Of course, I had to pay since I was no longer in a position to change companies or make other arrangements. This company is highly dishonest.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOLINE TRANSPORTERS.
