Working with Mason was an absolute dream! I ran into an issue with a home I was selling (I represented the buyers) that smelled strongly of smoke through pretty much the whole house, and in my experience in the past, it has been SUCH a difficult odor to get rid of. I know things can be done to mitigate odor but it is a big negative for resale value and I didnt want my clients to have an issue after they closed escrow. In came Mason who did the most incredible job for my clients! Not only was the smell eliminated, he also communicated (cheerfully) with me and my clients about the entire process from start to finish as well as what they could expect. Our dog was sprayed by a skunk on the front of our house, and tracked the oil inside all over the whole house. After 4 days of trying to rid our house and dog of the smell we gave up. I reached out to NonScents Pro and spoke with Mason. He gave me a rough quote and met me at my house for a walk through within 2 hours of our call. He honored the quote and was back the next morning to treat the house. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process and chemicals that would be used to ease my mind of everything being safe. We met the following day at the house to review, and it wasnt quite back to normal, so he treated the house again so we could be sure the smell would be gone. We met again the next day and our skunk smell went from a 10 to a 1.5, which is a great improvement. He even left a little bit of the chemical in case we missed some areas outside. I would recommend NonScents Pro for any of your odor removing needs. They are reasonably priced and use safe chemicals to do their work.

Working with a smoke infested unit and trying to rent it out was a losing battle. Before I had a chance to meet NonScents, I was managing my apartment community and a long standing resident vacated. The unit was stained with so much cigarette smoke that our air scrubber, ozone machine, and flooring upgrade didnt do the trick. It wasnt until Mason came over and truly remedied the problem. Mason from NonScents Pro was super helpful in helping us with an odor (possibly vaping?) left behind by tenants in our rental property which we moved back into. The smell was so overwhelming in my 7 daughters bedroom that we kept her door closed so it didnt affect the rest of the house. After the chlorine dioxide treatment, it is now livable and we dont have to worry about any health concerns from the residue. Mason was accommodating in arranging his schedule for a convenient time for us to have the treatment done overnight. He responded quickly to all calls and emails and explained the process very thoroughly. We hope to never have to use his services again, but if we do, we know who to call!

We had some resident move out of a unit in April and they had been keeping multiple animals locked up throughout the home. Baseboards were swollen and yellow, carpet was destroyed, and the SMELL. It was honestly the worst pet urine smell that I have encountered in my 8 years of property management. We pulled out all of the flooring, removed all of the baseboards and cut the drywall out about 20 inches from the floor around the ENTIRE apartment. Still smelled horrible. Replaced all of the door frames. Still smelled. Took out brand new flooring and treated concrete subfloor. Replaced flooring. Still smelled. At this point we were desperate and could not think of what to do, and then Mason walked through our door soliciting his services. It was honestly a miracle. He explained what he did and we were willing to give it a shot. After 1 night of treatment the odor disappeared, and I was mindblown (and horrified that I hadnt heard of him BEFORE we spent thousands of dollars on rehab). I have explained what NonScents Pro does to my colleagues and they were skeptical until I showed them before and after photos of the repairs we had tried prior to the treatment.
