I spent two hours on hold with this company simply trying tro establish service. After that amount of time, the line got disconnected.

Very poor customer service. They stopped our service because of lack of payment (without any warning), and when I called to discuss, I was treated like a criminal!! It was a simple issue with auto pay that wasnt set up properly, and I tried to discuss the matter, but the agent was very rude, accusing me of calling to complain, rather than calling to solve a problem, which is what I was trying to do. How does this company stay in business with such poor customer service?? Are we not the customers??? Please beware of these guys and double check your billing statements before the trash mafia will cut your service off without warning!!

This Company is a rip-off. On Customer support, destroyed our property. did not pick up trash when they said they did. charged 2 time more than others. Fuel surcharge was 10X the other companies.

I would give them a 0 star rating for their customer service if I could. I have had no issues with their weekly trash collection service.

The most professional waste hauling company around! Most drivers have worked there 10+ yrs!

Their service is terrible, avoid getting service with them. the driver who decide if he wants to pickup your trash or not. the office have no knowledge!!!
