Great folks. If you are tired of having to manage your rental these folks will ease your pain. Been with them for about 30 years. I was in the Navy and traveled all over the world. Chase Pacific always provided total care of my property, kept the tenants happy and even managed repairs and modeling when necessary. My biggest task as an out of state owner is to look at my checking account to see the deposits from Chase Manament every month. Communications are mainly electronic, but they always answer the phone and let you know what is going on with the property if you have questions. I also have properties in Washington state managed by another agency. They are nowhere near the professionalism, responsiveness or total care that Chase Management provides.
Chase Pacific has been our property managers for over 20 years. They are tried, true, trustworthy and honest. They will get you the best rental value for your rental property and if youre selling a home get you the best sale price possible. Cheryl Chase and her team are outstanding to work with! Chase Pacific has managed an investment property for me for a number of years now. If something needs attention, Chase Pacific notifies me.With my authorization, everything is handled in a prompt, responsive, andprofessional manner. I especially value their service if Im traveling.
Very professional staff, great selection of propertys! Made me feel comfortable during the rental process and guided me to what was best for my needs. I would highly reccomend this company if you are looking for someone to manage your property or if you are looking to rent one!
Friendly and courteous service, 2 months into my contract with no complaints.
****DO NOT USE THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY**** The worst management company Ive ever used. Over priced. Over promised under delivered. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are never available to handle issues in the moment. My tenants complained about the way they were spoken to by the manager back then. I have money missing that I never got an explanation as to where my money is (still dont). Most recently I was told by the owner herself that they would take care of the utilities as they have to make the calls to switch them over but that has not happened. Very unprofessional. They were quick to make the promises and sell themselves when they wanted the business but after they got my business it all went downhill! Im so disappointed as I paid so much money to have them take care of my house. Ive yet to receive reports I was promised including the final walk through report. I am sick of calling them over and over again countless times with no answers and no results.
Chase Pacific has been our property management company for 2+ years now and were very happy with their services. Great response time to any tenant issues and/or property concerns. Great job!
DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Those who have rated them highly apparently have not had the kind of experience I have had with them. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Their dereliction of duty caused me to be faced with a situation that could potentially cost me thousands of dollars. This is because they lied about making a very crucial mistake involving my tenant and me. Rather than own up to their mistake, they chose to make me their scapegoat and it cost me lots of money to fight them. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! They even go so far as to put a religious message on their answering machine, to convince people that they are scrupulous. BELIEVE ME, THEY ARE NOT!!!!!!!!!
Inept and dishonest dont even begin to describe how bad the practices are of this management company. This company (including Cheryl, Ryan, Donna, and Tristan) is a wolf in sheeps clothing and is malicious, malevolent, and damaging. Our nightmare began with them from the beginning when it took them NEARLY A MONTH to list our newly renovated property. Chase lied to us time after time stating that the property had been listed on several websites but when pushed to see the online listing we were given the runaround. I dont have that information available - let me get back to you. When we were finally given the websites - the property was not listed. They INTENTIONALLY mislead us about listing the property and tried to underprice the units so they could rent them to friends. The property photos Ryan took also appeared intentionally bad. A crooked photo of room with no lights on zoomed in on the ground. It was like a bad joke. We had to take our own photos and list the property through Craigslist - and provided Chases number. Chase called us SCREAMING that they were inundated with too many phone calls! and demanded we take the posting down! I thought the WHOLE POINT was to gain interest and attention, no?Ryan continued to mismanage everything from there - from missing at least 50% of showings, listing incorrect prices, to telling tenants misinformation. We ended up doing many of the showings ourselves. It was only through our work that ALL the units signed within less than 2 weeks. Terminating the relationship has once again shown how terrible and dishonest these people are.Again - avoid these awful people at all costs!
Do not use this company. They do an awful job, they are unprofessional, rude and down right spiteful. I had them manage my multiunit property in South Park for two years, I had nothing but complaints from the tenants, I had to show and eventually rent out 3 of the 5 units on my own because they didnt list the units on any well known sites for rentals. Ryan, their showing agent was often late, didnt show up at all or brought the wrong keys to showings. He also told me to take my ad off Craigslist as he was being flooded with calls about the units. Most recently, and I feel the most important to mention issue to mention about is when I changed management companies. We had 1 unit move out on the 1st of June, it took Chase 14 days to get cleaners into the unit and this was after many e-mails and calls. I then went to inspect the unit only to find holes in walls, door nobs missing, no removal of wall anchors and the unit in desperate need of painting. I called and said we need someone to come out ASAP to take care of this. Did they? No! Chase sent someone who put some paint over some holes. Once I again I called and e-mailed how unsatisfied I was with the work and heard nothing back. Now, 20 days later I have to hire my own handyman to fix the unit and their mistakes. I am also out one months rent from their laissez faire attitude and horrible communication skills. Chase will end up costing you more money and time than if you were to manage the property on your own. Their staff are at best incompetent stay away!
