There are not enough stars to give this man the credit he deserves. I was fortunate enough to meet Dan and his two pups at a local dog park about a year ago, and we have been working with him ever since. He has put in countless hours to generate thorough property reports (which he translates very well!) and schedule private tours for 26 different homes. On several occasions, he even urged us not to make an offer if the home was poorly maintained, or seemed like a bad deal.Dan is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process.
