Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! You cant reserve a specific day on their website and they didnt call until the day before our event and had nothing left that we would have wanted. Refused to help or discount another rental... they were completely rude.***EDIT***Nice twist of facts to suit a review. Good luck to you. We never DEMANDED a discount, just a consideration and the fancy one, was the one our kid wanted because she wasnt able to have birthdays for two years during COVID. We would have been fine with a substitution, which is why we called you back and you refused to talk to us or work with us. Dont blame your bad attitude and customer service on people that just had to let their kid down. Shame on you.

I called to rent a jumper with a slide for my kids birthday party and filled out the form online. The next day I got a text saying it was sold out and there was a minimum purchase for them to deliver it at the park (which they said they were insured for). I told them that I would pay the amount and asked which ones were available. They never got back to me so I had to find something else for entertainment. I understand if they were busy but it’s unprofessional to not get back to someone especially when you had already communicated with them. It’s obvious they didn’t need it care about my business.

Lots of fun with our water slide. This company does an excellent job at cleaning and maintaining their equipment. I greatly appreciate that the driver was very accommodating with the delivery and pick up time.

Horrible experience didn’t even try to put the water slide in our backyard, they only wanted to set it up in my front yard which wouldnt even have fit. My backyard was the right size i measured it, but they didnt want to put it through my gate. They were extremely rude, made my mother cry and ruined my little sisters birthday party.

I rented a Toy Story Jumper for my kids birthday party. We had a lot of fun and Jump 4 Adan was amazing. They helped us pick the right jumper and power generator, set it up on time and helped with everything.

BEWARE - This company is HORRIBLE. Their setup was faulty and the kids couldnt use it without being injured. They also left a 12 steel spike in my grass when they picked up. When I called them and complained, I was ignored. It took several calls and emails over nearly a month for anyone to call me back and then he says he cant help me now since its been too long then hangs up on me. They are rude and uncaring.I was really hoping the other bad reviews were wrong, but it looks like the good reviews are just fake. It has been the worst experience!

Love the inflatable bouncy options they have to offer. Went to a friends kid’s birthday party and loved how clean and fun it was. My children enjoyed playing in the inflatable bouncy course. The deals aren’t bad either. Definitely going to rent for future parties for my children. As well as recommend to friends and family members as well.

Used them for my grandsons birthday. Super easy to schedule, they communicated well, and everything worked great. The guys that came and set it up were efficient and super polite. I would recommend them highly for any event you are planning.

We got a bounce house for our sons first birthday (he was a bit too young but the other older kids at the party loved it!) and also rented tables and chairs. Jump 4 Adan was super professional in booking everything and their pricing was very competitive. The actual bounce house/tables/chairs themselves were very clean and in great condition and then once the party was over, the delivery guy came and picked everything up really fast. We were excited to rent the toddler jumper for our sons second birthday but because of COVID, we had to cancel our party, and thus the order. When I called to cancel, they were very understanding and kind on the phone. We will definitely use them in the (hopefully somewhat near) future for the parties were throwing once its safe to do so!

I have rented jumpers from Jump 4 Adan for three years now. Every time they are very accommodative and flexible with he delivery, the rentals hours and everything else. They are a top notch company.

Ive order the Jumper/water slide from Jump 4 Adan twice this year. The first time they were on time and the second time they were 30 minutes late. The jumper was in excellent condition both times and operated just as described. I ordered a snow cone machine which was cool but I wasnt informed till drop off they didnt have/bring any cones, which was supposed to be included. Im pretty flexible so overall I give my experience 4 out of 5 stars.

Terrible customer service. They are extremely rude to their customers and aren’t willing to do anything to fix a situation they created. It is all false advertisement, without any warning. Which is illegal. This is the worst possible company you can’t rent from. I don’t know if they are fake reviews or they were just prejudice to my family. As a kid company you think they would be a little kinder. They ruined a 7 year olds birthday party. I don’t see why they work in the children’s business when they are very rude and careless.

This was the very best decision I could have ever made for my 7 year old birthday party! We rented out a park, and Jump for Aden made sure to have all the insurance & permit info required taken care of, and provided to the park! I could not believe the 4 hours of amazing fun the kids had in these giant jumpers & slides! We had a HotWheels them put on the large jumpy that had ropes and step ups to a gigantic slide! Well worth the extra cash to do a package and get extra tables with chairs! They even helped me with tying down my balloon arch (without me asking!) I just may have them come out to my home this February since small group Quarantine is in place. Luckily I have space in my back yard and can make it a go!I highly recommend Jump 4 Aden! You will not be disappointed! They even texted me at the scheduled party ending time to double check that I didn’t need extra time!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I gave this as a gift for my nephews Birthday. I paid an extra fee to have the jumper delivered at 12:00 and they delivered at 10:30 and said they could not come back. This was an inconvienance to the family I gave the gift to. When I called to get the fee refunded. They told me that was the original arrangment and that I was lying. They said they did not need my return business that they have plenty of customers and that I was not of concern to them.

My family used Jump For Adan for my nephews birthday party. The jumpers and very nice and you can tell they are very clean as well.

We got a bounce house with 2 tables and 12 chairs. They showed up right one time and were very friendly and efficient. Kids had a blast!

Was very disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a jumper and snow cone rental a month before our event. Got 3 emails over that month with my order summery and that’s it. They day of my event I had to call 45 min after the rentals were supposed to arrived to see why it was late. Was told that I never confirmed my rentals and that they couldn’t get anything out to me that day. I was told that they had emailed, called and left me multiple voicemails before the day of my event. I looked through all my emails and my call history, other than the order summaries I never received anything. The woman that I spoke to was rude and very unfriendly. I do not suggest renting from them.

I have to say that Jump 4 Adan has a very professional team. I called them and placed an order for a Bounce house and other party supplies for a party that I did for my office. For one reason or another we had to re-schedule twice and we had not problems whatsoever doing so. Very courteous and professional team. Looking forward to doing business again.

My daughter had a wanterful birthday party for her 3 years birthday. We had a small gathering outside and my husband decided to rent an inflatable jumper for the day. We shopped around and decided to go with Jump For Adan because they had such a large selection with different Disney and princess themes. We picked the Mickey and Minnie jumper. The driver showed up a little early and set everything up for us. When the kids started arriving all they had to do was go and have fun. Great service and quality jumpers!

Bad experience. we had ordered chairs and a table a week before our event. We get a call the day of the event telling us they wont deliver and we have to pick up personally. So we had to pick up an hour after our event started. When i went to drop off the chairs the gates were closed so i couldnt drop off what i had rented. I had to wait for an hour for someone to come open the gate. On top of that i got charged more money than what they advertize on their website. Wish there were negative stars.

Jump For Adan has the best inflatable jumpers in San Diego. I have rented jumpers twice in a year from them and they havent disappointed me. Other jumper companies have products that are worn out but this guys have top notch jumpers.

I was nervous based on the mixed reviews but we had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I NEVER write reviews but had to give this company 5 stars for their professionalism. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Set up was 5 minutes and the jumpy house and slide was in such good condition! I was so happy! Im sad I forgot the name of the guy that helped set up but he was so friendly and pleasant to work with. The kids had a blast and it was all a great success thanks to Jump 4 Adan. Will definitely use them again.

Horrible rental experience! Delivery was confirmed for 9 AM. At 9:20, we were told it was between 9 and 10 AM. At 10:15, they contacted the driver, and said hed had a flat and had to change a tire. Between 11:05 and 11:10 many incoming (unanswered as the event was already going and we were busy) phone calls, connected at 11:11 and woman read the address to me, is that where delivery is? Yes! At 11:15 dispatch wanted to confirm the address, and could I talk to the driver? He was at the home address of the arranger! Knocking on the door! No one was home! Not the event site, some half hour away! I texted the correct address (as I type Im looking at the contract with the correct delivery details.) I got a call back at 11:15, it was OUR fault for not answering the phone for 5 minutes so delivery had been cancelled! Driver had other places to go! Wed already paid half! For nothing but a lot of stress and really bad attitude! Update: The deposit was finally refunded, but the owner tried to extort removing this review as a condition of refund, which of course as you’re reading this didn’t work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I work for a non-profit private school. We have used this company a few times and havent had a problem until this past SUNDAY. They called to tell me they were running 20 minutes late. We only rented a jumpy for 3 hours for a school event. They ended up being an hour late.They called me a few times and were completely rude and inappropriate. I asked for the owner to call me and they said he was too busy too call me. I called the business line and left a message and still havent heard from them. They would only discount us $10 for them being an hour late.They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, and have no consideration for their customers satisfaction.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very bad experience with these guys . They put me down for the wrong day then tried giving me a jumper that did not work for me . The worst part is that they never even showed up and still kept my deposit. There are a lot of other jumper rental places with better customer care and options .

I was looking to rent some chairs for a party but they want to pick them up at 8pm other wise I had to pay extra $25 haha what a joke.. when the party starts at 7pm.

These people were wonderful! I was sketch at first cux they didnt take my payment when I ordered it but it ended up working out better that way. The delivery guys came a little early which is what we wanted. They set up in less than 5 minutes and packed up in about 10. They were very professional and kind. the day before I was busy at work so I couldnt answer my phone so I got a tect to confirm our order. The service was great and the prices were the best around im definetly ordering from them again in the future.
