Mai Tai Yacht Charters was absolutely AMAZING for my bachelorette party. Dan, Captain Dewey and Bartender Jana were great! We were all extremely impressed by the yacht, service, and overall experience. The views were beautiful! Highly recommend also purchasing the open bar and catering on the yacht. It makes your experience that much easier and worry free. We cannot wait to book again with Mai Tai Charters 🙌🏽

We did have a few issues after booking our charter with added fees. Thankfully they worked with us to get them resolved and the extra port fees removed. The charter itself was amazing the girls and i had a wonderful time! Our captain and bartender were incredible and we had such a blast! Great way to celebrate my sisters bachelorette and create some amazing memories! I would highly suggest!

We had 3 hours on the water and it went by too fast because we had too much fun. Bartender Niki and the Captain were really fun, professional, and helped make the day more special. We celebrated my friend Milton’s birthday and couldn’t ask for better weather or crew. The Captain always made sure we were safe. The boat had a great sound system we connected to via Bluetooth and played whatever we wanted. Niki kept our cups filled. We all had a wonderful time, highly recommend this company.

Amazing staff, yacht, and experience! I booked the 46 Maxum for an anniversary party and everyone had a great time. Captain Mike was awesome, and our bartender, Niki, was so sweet and helpful and made sure everyone was having fun. The yacht itself easily fit all 11 people in our party and we had a great time seeing all the sights of downtown San Diego. The boat was completely equipped with everything we needed and the views were incredible. I was even able to play my own music on the high quality sound system. Definitely a little pricey, but its worth it for the one of a kind experience.

We celebrated my sisters bachelorette party with Mai Tai Yacht Charters and it was the highlight of our San Diego trip! Captain Mike and our bartender Nikki were super friendly and fun. They made sure that we had everything we needed and also helped take a lot of pictures for us. Also, one of our hats flew out into the ocean and they both helped to retrieve it! Make sure you dont wear hats on the yacht unless you are always holding them down to your head! The yacht itself was clean and was able to easily fit our group of 10. Definitely recommend!!

The BEST day ever!!!! We rented the yacht for our friends’ anniversary.. there were 13 of us all together and there was plenty of space! The boys were on the upper level, drinking and listening to music on the amazing sound system. The girls were on the bow - dancing and taking in the awesome views on the water! We all took pictures, sang and danced the entire time. We brought our own food and alcohol, which was perfect. Captain Mike was the best! So friendly and made sure we were all having a great time… even he was dancing as he was driving! Niki was spectacular too! She made sure all our food was set up, kept pouring us shots and happily took pictures of all of us! She was so personable and sweet - we felt like she was one of our friends! We will definitely request Captain Mike & Niki the next time we book.. they made the the trip!!!

I cannot say enough about our experience using Mai Tai Yacht Charters! From the first phone call to ask questions until our we said our goodbyes the day of our boat ride, we had a 5-star experience! We booked Mai Tai Charters to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. We wanted a memorable experience for her and her girlfriends, and they did not disappoint! Captain Ryan (Dewey) and our bartender Jana worked hard to make sure everyone had a good time! We paid an extra $200 to take our own food and drinks, and Jana served the food and continually served us our cocktails the entire time. That was something we were not expecting. She was always one step ahead of us. The moment we were about to ask for another drink, she was already coming to us with a tray full. Spectacular service from beginning to end!!

I first joined them for a friends birthday venture, and had such a great time with the first one, when the first opportunity came to book them myself, I did!! Each time the staff n crew were great!! What a great experience. Mai Tai did such a good job. The staff were amazing, the boat was clean and the tour was great. We got in the water, we saw sea lions, we ate food and we enjoyed cocktails. This rental company double booked our charter and let the other group get on instead of our party. Allegedly this company is notorious for double booking charters, so be aware of that. We didn’t get any support or alternative options for our plans that day and ended up having to scramble to regroup. Overall horrible customer service experience. Highly do not recommend

I celebrated my 28th birthday yesterday with Mai Tai charters! And oh my gosh! The best host and service! Captain Mike and the bartender Nicki were absolutely amazing. As we were on the bow of the ship, Nicki would come out, bring us drinks and take our photos! They both had smiles on their faces the whole time making our experience phenomenal. Mike blew up the tube floatie that held 12 ppl and encouraged us to jump off the top deck of the boat and into the water! Scary but awesome! Nicki set up our chips and drinks to make everything easy! They provided cups, ice, plates and utensils. Nicki reminded us of tinkerbell sprinkling her fairy dust. Def would recommend for any occasion!

I booked mai tai yacht back in may 2021, for my bachelorette weekend in sept. 24I get a phone call sept 1 stating we need to pay an additional $340 in port fees to keep our reservation because San Diego ports has increased their fees.However I expressed that is an internal issue and doesnt reflect me Or my booming, I was told well its not my fault either I expressed Mai tai is the company and they are expected to absorb the fees. San Diego port did not just decide 3 weeks before my bachelorette party to increase port fees by 400%.No where in the contact does it state subject to change port fees based off of San Diego port or anything remotely close to this. Mai Tia states they will not charge port fees.Then I was told if I dont pay the additional $300 in fees I would be charged 15 percent fee for cancellation. When Im not cancelling I am being forced to pay over $300 in hidden fees. Then when I declined and demanded 100% off my refund Dan tried to only refund 90 percent to cover his credit card transitions fee which once again is an internal issue and has nothing to do with me.This booking was paid for in full in may, 4 months later I received a text message hey call me ASAP and tied to get an additional $340 from me when the yacht itself was over 1500.So unprofessional. So disappointedIf you decide to book beware, 3 weeks before your booked trip he can call you trying to force you to pay hundreds of Dollars!!!If I could give 0 stars I would.

What a very personable and professional service from booking till end of our yacht experience! We booked our yacht for a bachelorette and the confirmation was sent right away. Any questions I had and accommodations/special requests were attended to right away by Rebekah via email. Additionally, I did not read or go over the confirmation letter and did not notice the different date till the day before the event! I was in a state of panic and called Rebekah. Rebekah was so calm and sweet over the phone that we managed to save the bachelorette party in less than 24 hours! Our captain was Cody and our bartender was Jana… both provided excellent service ! Jana made the most amazing and dangerously delicious cocktails. She also set up our food for us so we didn’t have to worry. Cody and Jana also took our photos. The best part was when Cody set up the floatie for us to relax in. Three hours was not enough!!

100/100 Experience with the Mai Tai Charters Crew! We are an events production company here in San Diego and decided to charter the Sirara for a hosted 4th of July ticketed event. From the beginning, Dan was amazing to work with. He listened to our needs and accommodated us touring the boat 2x before the big day. Even though we arrived with a full staff to help set up, the Sirara team came ready and prepared to lend a hand. They were instrumental in helping us quickly prepare for guests to board. We set up full sound production, DJ equipment, and catering tables as well as decorations in under an hour. The captain and bar staff were also incredible. Not only great professionals, but fun people to party with. We will definitely be doing events with them in the future! Thank you Mai Tai Charters for an UNFORGETTABLE experience - we cant wait to come back.

Woo-hoo! Just celebrated husbands 56th birthday with Capt Mike and Megan. What a fun time. From the moment we got on the boat they made sure everyone was taken care of. Megan was a superb bartender making sure no one had an empty drink. Hands down the best experience ever with Captain Joey and Kaitlyn! Their service was phenomenal to the open bar and the convenient meals on our cruise. We were running late and they were super flexible in making sure we got in at convenient time that worked for the both of us.They were super personable and really made sure we had a great time with music and drinks! We had amazing views of the bay and even pulled out the party tube to play in the water. I had a great time on this yacht ride! We came for a bachelor party of 12 people. We had great service from the crew - Joey was a responsible and accommodating sailor, and Katelynn was a sweet and fun bartender. We first sailed to a swimming area of the ocean and all got in the water, then we did a tour of the SD bay, including a close ride-by of the legendary aircraft carrier, the USS Midway. The entire ride was picturesque. The catered food on board was also yummy. Katelyn was good at keeping a positive vibe, talking with each of us and even sharing some of her cool music. Will definitely come again!

We took a family friendly sail with Mai Tai. My daughters really enjoyed the cruise! They loved seeing how things work.... they loved going under the giant bridge and were fascinated with the captain and crew. They asked the captain lots of questions and he was happy to answer them all! He even let my daughters take a turn at the wheel! It was amazing! The crew was extremely kind and patient with my kiddos. That isn’t always the case. If we are ever in the area again, we will be back!

We spent last Saturday on the Yacht. It was amazing. We got a tour of San Diego from the water and also got to do some swimming as well! We saw sea otters, monuments, ships, bridges, and more. My camera is full of awesome photos. If you’re visiting San Diego this is a MUST to do!!

I wanted to make a girls trip with my friends and what better the Mai Tai ! The pictures and reviews were amazing so I figured why not?! Needless to say me and my girls had a blast!! Drinks were amazing, customer service was excellent I highly recommend !!!

Our bachelorette crew had an absolute BLAST on the Mai Tai Charter! The boat was amazing, views were beautiful, and captain/bartender made sure we had a blast! I would highly recommend this charter!
