This service was AMAZING. So easy and they were very quick to respond. We hosted a tiki paty at La Jolla Shores beach with banquet tables, 3 firepits, coolers, smores, tiki torches, and chairs, all provided by the fire guys.Text him 20min before youre done and you can leave as-is, theyll come do all of the cleanup.

Amazing personable service! No one wants to have to clean up a hot fire pit and a bunch of chairs after a relaxing beach fire. It was really nice to just be able to leave it to someone else. Its also great to not have to lug wood, chairs and a fire pit in especially with kids and all the other stuff they always want at the beach. The tikki torches and smores are a nice additional touch too. We have a portable fire pit but will definitely use this service again. For out of town guest it makes even more since. 100% recommend this service for a great San Diego beach experience.

Unfortunately, they could not set us up on the beach due to some regulations. They did set us up on the bay, it was very easy process and they kept in good contact with us. I would use them again.

Had the best experience! Our fire guy was so helpful. Even from the same city as us visiting! Will definitely be using these guys and gals in the future.

I’ve never left a review on Google before but Beach Fire Guy lied about my friend’s review on Facebook so I want it here instead. Do NOT use this service. They ruined my friend’s birthday celebration. Unfortunately, Beach Fire Guy is illegal and doesn’t have permits for their fire pits. They got fined by the lifeguards and weren’t able to set up for us. It was ruined by their lack of planning and not following city regulations. 0/10 do not recommend.

Incredible experience!! Beach Fire Guy is the company you want for a smooth, enjoyable and inexpensive evening at the beach.It was as simple as booking online - we did it the day before - we then got an email and phone call to ensure all the details were right. They do everything else exactly where you want it done and then they clean it all up for you.We enjoyed the roaring fire on the beach watching the sunset and hearing the waves crash on Mission Beach.Oh.....we also enjoyed the torches, the Adirondack chairs and the s’mores!! All provided for us.It was, in my opinion, a must do California beach experience.If you haven’t done it - you have to and these are the guys to do it with.Our Fire Guy was named Sean and he was superb!!The wife and kids (and me) had an experience we will remember for many years to come.

These guys are amazing! I called on a whim to see if they had availability same day - Josh was awesome and made our dream of s’mores and beach fire work.They’re flexible, respectful, and on point with delivery. You get to just show up, and then let them know when you head out, and leave. Our fire burned around 3-3.5 hoursWe originally wanted ocean side, but went with Josh’s recommendation for bayside and we were thrilled! Less wind, more chill, and the live music in the background was incredible.I recommend this company for anyone, any day of the week, and I’d listen to their suggestions. I called them last minute, and they were able to deliver a fire pit on mission beach on a very short notice. The staff was super nice to talk to and coordinate with and Chris did an amazing job dropping off the fire pit with wood. I did not have to do anything at all.Would highly recommend them if you love chilling on the beach. :)

This company is beyond worthless. Paid these guys $238, which included them setting up the tables, tiki torches and fire. This event was for my kid and some friends of her graduating class. They just dropped it off. This is what really aggravates me. My wife called the point of contact for the setup,explained her issues to the individual and his response was Ive been up since 3am and you woke me out of my sleep and hung up the phone. Since when the business issues become the customer issues. Never again would we use or recommend these dirt bags.

They were great and easy to work with. Ordered a couple nights of beach fires with s’mores on the Mission Bay side. The second one was last minute and they came through. Very pleased!

Great service. They bring you all the supplies you need for a beach fire and smores and the best part, they clean up for you! Were a large family so we couldve used more crackers, chocolate and marshmallows so well ask for more next time.

Looking from the prospective of the property owner, Your delivery trucks are unprofessional, park in front of property owners garage, and when they pick up the mess at the beach left behind, dump ashes in the alley. Nice idea but poor cleanup after the tourists have their fun.

They removed the fire pits due to covid, but the place is still amazing, and great to walk, or jog

Great way to ring in the new year! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. Had inclement weather initially that eventually cleared up. Ended up riding it out into 2019 straight lit.

Poor customer service. We have used this service in past years and it went pretty good but this time was unfortunately different. We planned for the drop off at a specific time so we could watch the sunset, well over a half an hour after the agreed time we were still waiting.My husband called and text him several times with no reply. Finally we received a call as we are walking back saying he will be there in 10 mins. We said we are going to have to cancel because he was so late. No apologies or anything. Our family was very sad but the beach fire guy didnt seem to care.

We were only in town for a long weekend to celebrate birthdays and a graduation. It was a last minute decision to have a beach fire for my moms birthday, the guys were super accommodating and had everything we could have needed to have a fun, relaxing night!

Terrible. Do not use! It was a complete waste of my money and time. I was so excited for this. I ordered the sunset package ($149). We were told they would be there around 630pm. We arrived on the beach around 615pm. We find a spot and we wait. After numerous messages and phone calls with Austin, I kept getting lied to and told he would be there in 20 minutes. He didnt show up until after 9pm! When he finally showed up, he wasnt even prepared. Asked me if I still wanted the torches, the chairs? Of course, Im paying for it, arent I? Then he tells me he only has one chocolate bar left for the smores. Are you kidding me? He leaves me one bag of marshmallows, one chocolate, and no graham crackers. For the trouble, he offers to take off 20 dollars. You dont show up until well after sunset, you didnt even want to set the bonfire up properly (with chairs and tiki torches), and you brought literally one chocolate bar with you, a bag of marshmallows, and no graham crackers. I couldnt even make a proper smore. I ask him of he thinks taking 20 bucks off is reasonable for all this trouble and he thinks so but offers an extra 10 dollars off. I was told to bring cash for the service and that I would pay them after the night was done. We end up negotiating and I end up paying him $80 (which I still feel was too high for this awful service) and he tells me I need to pay him now and not at the end. Um, okay? He tells me to text him 15/20 minutes before we are going to leave and hell come back before we leave to clean up. He takes the money and leaves. We text him before we go, he didnt show up. We waited for over half an hour and ended up just leaving the bonfire and tiki torches. I was looking forward to leaving a glowing review because I thought that this was a great idea but I ended up not wanting to trust any kind of service like this again.
