I had a very upset 6 year old when the did not show up to deliver our waterslide jumpy this past weekend. I reached out only for then to stop responding to me, never show up, and ignore my texts and phone calls. I had reached out to confirm as well when booked it. This was a total bummer as they had great reviews.
