He delivered, set up and picked up on time and explained how the system worked clearly, even provided back up batteries for the microphones and was such a pleasure to work with! Ken is awesome! If I could make one request, itd be a few more new additions to the music library (e.g., John Legend) -- but the setup and cleanup were a breeze, the sound system was loud and clear, and people had an absolute blast.
