This company is truly ruthless, after coming 40 min late to my event they told me that they don’t wanna do business with me again bc I wasn’t happy with their service. Instead of saying what can we do to make it right they simply deny service and offer me zero discount for their mistake. What a backward model of customer service to a customer who paid $400 for a kids jumper

The worst experience ever. My daughters birthday party was on 10/9/16. I had reserved toddler chairs and tables to be picked up by me on that day. When I reserved the tables and chairs, I was told I can pick them up ANYTIME after 830a. My daughters party started at 230p. I called at 1:30p to let the business know I was on my way. A guy answers the phone and states that he is not at the place of business and will be back at 2:30p (the time my party starts.) So, I headed over to the place of business and arrived at 239p. The gates are closed and locked and theres no one in site . I called again to see where the guy was, and of course no one picked up the phone. I finally get a call back and the guy states he is still out and about and is on his way back. After 20 minutes of waiting I just left the place of business (I have call logs to prove I called over 8 times trying to pick chairs and tables up.) I asked is there a manager I can talk to? and he said that he was the manager . I asked him if there was anyone over him? and he stated the owner. I asked for the owners name and number and he refused to give it to me. I will never go through this company again. They express lack of communication and no customer service skills. My very first experience with this company was when my brother-in-law rented a large slide/bounce house combo for his sons birthday. Although the delivery was little bit late (guests had already started arriving), they fun the kids had was WELL worth it. Thanks for you good service.

We were impressed by how easy it was to use their website compared to all the other ones we checked out. My wife handled the request for a jumper at their site and she is not computer savvy.
