Service was great. Website was very detailed with the information of the bounce house’s size and the space needed. The driver/delivery guy, Danny was super friendly and notified us that he would be late. Would recommend again.

They dropped off and picked up on time as scheduled. The 2 guys that set it up and tore down were really nice. I dont know what more to say, theyre great. The water slide was a huge hit at our party.

They were very nice and helpful. The delivered on time and picked up on time. The men the dropped off and picked up were very nice and respectful. Set up took about 20mins and take down took 10 mins they were very quick. My son had a amazing time with it. So thankful we decided to go with them

Incredibly easy to arrange for the rental, make payment, and confirm the details. they dropped off and picked up when they said they would. The jumpy was perfect - my daughter and the kids were thrilled. everything was clean and in great condition. i highly recommend them.

Great experience! Driver was late but i think the rain contributed. It cleared up and the kids had a great time. I suggest scheduling an hour or two prior to the event since there is a long window for usage, to be safe :)

Booked a carnival 18 foot jumper for April 17th, 2021 birthday party, the whole experience was super professional and the delivery people both dropping off, inflating and picking it up were friendly, helpful and genuinely nice guys. I will definitely use them again. It was stress free and easy, when the jumper arrived it was clean and new, and it made the whole party, my tip if you are doing it at your house is to keep it overnight for a small fee. The kids loved it and it was nice to use it in the morning before they came to pick it up. All around an awesome experience, use these people they know what they are doing! 😀

If your thinking about renting from them, do it! I rented the Princess Jumper/ Water Combo for my little girls birthday literally the day before I needed it and they were still really accommodating! Everything was perfect especially with the hot weather! Very easy and friendly setup, really thorough communication and the price you can’t beat! I was very satisfied with the service and will be returning for all my rental needs.

I couldnt be more pleased with Magic Jump...The kids loved it, and they exceeded my expectations in everyway. For example, I was worried the outlet in the garage I planned to use would not be sufficient to power the fan so I reached out to ask to rent a generated. They could have easily added it to the order and I would have happily paid no questions asked. Instead, they offered to bring a generator to my house and they would only charge me if I needed it. Turns out I didnt need the generator and their honesty saved me $85. Also big thank you to Angel who set up and took down the bounce house. Was super friendly and efficient. Great experience and will happily use them again.

Horrible service, they never showed up to the party and they never answered there phone. I would not recommend them to anyone and hope no one uses them.
